Hands down the worst customer service experience of any Apple Store Ive ever been in. Dealt with manager who either doesnt know how to do his job or simply doesnt want to help customers. Regardless, he needs some serious training/re-training or even better, move him to a less important role and bring in a manager that better represents the companys standards. I literally had to tell the manager how to look up a receipt in his own system and he still continued to argue with me that it wasnt possible... until he finally admitted it was possible but would require thousands of receipts.... until I told him he could again narrow the search based on the specific product I bought. And he finally did it. A very sharp contrast to the service at Manhattan Beach store and also Third Street Promemade store where manager there actually sorted the same issue that useless Beverly Center manager said was unsortable. I should highlight that not everyone at Beverly Center Apple Store is hopeless. Had a great experience with the Genius Bar people (cant remember their names) and also Jose who did everything he could considering his manager was restricting how much he could actually try to help me. Also in sitting there for over an hour, great service from the young lady that was working on the table that helped people setup their equipment. Apple, please get these people and the customers of that store a management team that is not so lousy. Real managers. The two there now are fine filling in for lunch breaks but they are not real managers and shouldnt be left in charge of even themselves. And definitely not a whole store.

Im in the store right now writing this review to describe their terrible service. This is the 3rd time weve been back to this god awful store. Apple has fallen long ways in customers service. The employee here are not on the same page. Apple is paying these incompetent bozos to stand around and do nothing. My wife and I had an appointment yesterday, after seeing the representative at the "Genius bar" he assured us that our iPhone had a touchscreen issue and not a software issue. After playing around with his IPad, and us waiting patiently, he told us that the phone actually needs to be replaced because of software issues. We were then asked to come back in the morning because the store is now closed. I came back during my lunch time thinking that I we can switch it out, but another bozo gave us the run around saying we had to make another appointment since they cant guarantee that its the same phone...are you kidding me? Why didnt they tell us to make an appointment the day before so I didnt have to waste my time running around. With that being said, I made an appointment at that time, and here I am. Ive been a faithful Apple consumer since their first iPhone came out. I dont remember the service ever being this bad. It shouldnt take 2 days and three different trips to switch out the phone that failed at no fault of our own. This will be my last Apple phone. A drop in the ocean for them Im sure, but at least I am no longer dealing with a bunch of whacks.

Ive visited this apple store a few times and theyve always been extremely helpful. I remember buying my travel bag for my macbook pro there. Just recently, my macbook pro decided to stop working/responding or whatever youd like to call it. I didnt know I had to have a genius appointment to have it looked it. Didnt matter because I got there early at around 9.46 (store opened at 10am) and they gave me an 11.25am appointment today (Labor Day). I ended up being seen much earlier than I had anticipated. "TIM" helped me out & I resolved my issue. They were very helpful. This started outside the store when the guy was unlocking the doors and asked me what I needed help with, followed by the second guy that helped me make my genius bar appointment, then the next guy who told me hed see if I could be seen sooner, to the young lady that asked me if she could plug up my laptop while I waited (she had no clue it wasnt going to come on) HA!, and finally to "TIM" who resolved my issue. ps. I know most people write reviews ONLY when they have a problem, but I definitely try to give a pat on the back when they do their job. I cant speak for the other reviews, of course, but Ive always had a pleasant experience when visiting this store.

I had my first disappointing apple experience today. I bought a full price iPhone 6 last week and a few days later the software started to show some glitches, iMessage somehow got corrupted and the UI showed a lot of glitches and once in a while and it started to hang without reason... I was at the Beverly Center and decided to walk in and get the issue looked at... I explained the issue I was having to the person who welcomed me, and was sent to a long line, in which i had to wait 15 minutes. at the end of the line, I was told that no one was available to look at my phone and there were no appointments available for the next 24 hours and ill have to comeback tomorrow evening....... pretty disappointed at the lack of personal attention, I walked out and went to the apple store in century city. The person who welcomed me to the store, actually took 3 minutes of his time to give attention to my problem, took care of it right there and then, didnt bother to re direct me to a long line, he fixed the problem and i was out of the store in less than 5 minutes. hugely disappointed at the service at the beverly center apple store... Quite a remarkably different experience !

I made a appointment to have my computer serviced at the "genius bar" at 5:45 PM today. I was late do to road construction and exceeded the "10 minute window" a lotted on appointment times by 5 minutes when I arrived at 6:00. Before this, I had called ahead to let the "concierge" know that I would be a few minutes late and was assured that it was probably not a problem. When I arrived at 6:00 I was told that there were no other time slots available (although I was staring at 2 available "geniuses") and that I could consider another store or doing a "quick drop" where the turn around time to even look at my computer would be 24-48 hours. I was just looking to have my keyboard replaced as it is damaged from a spill. It would take a "genius" half a second to realize that the keyboard was broken. The only solution the associate could offer me was to next time make multiple appointments if I think Im going to be late. Tomorrow Im going to book the entire day to ensure that nothing short of a natural disaster will keep me from making my "genius" appointment. I didnt realize that my 5 minute tardiness wasnt worth the over $2000 Ive spent at Apple.

People tend to love or loathe going to the Apple Store. Usually youre either excited to be purchasing a product or bummed that something is broken. The BEVERLY CENTER Apple Store is absolutely one of the brands best locations to visit. Its a bit of a hidden gem -- literally in the bottom corner of the Bev Center thats been under construction for years -- but rest assured no matter what the reason for your visit youll likely be thrilled with your store experience. The lines are never too long, the store is rarely packed with people, and in my opinion youre likely to leave satisfied with their exceptional knowledge and service.
