This shopping center has really undergone a lot of work and they have security driving/walking the area at all times now. I havent seen any social problems in quite some time (loitering, etc). I love dds Discounts and a lot of the stores are nice and pretty new. Theres plenty of parking and its a really nice-looking center; definitely one of the most well-kept places in the area. I feel safe there, but I usually go on lunch break during the day. But I see the Security car a number of times while Im there, so Im guessing it has a presence at night, too. Really recommend for this area.

The staff, non US citizens, do not care for our neighbors hood, referring to the citizens,that are born here, pay taxes here.. The non USA citizens, that works for BP gas station, on corner5 of Pennsylvanias Ave SE and Minnesota ve se. said to me---- f .... yo,u, f me and all in this area because he is protecting by plex glass. Stated he had no phone to call for help.i seem heard him talk on cell mY Times. Now my life was threaten and He kept on re stocking junk food and said I was on my own.

This shopping center has the closest Shoppers near to where I live. I pretty much know where everything is, the employees are polite and friendly. The only things I don’t like is that they dont have a self check out and the check out lines can get rather long, which is why Ive given them a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star rating.

I saying "This Use" to be the spot..You had a Great variety of shops and styles to choose from its always been a place where you can find a bargain but now it seems to Quality of items have gone down the stores arent major marketing brand name stores or ethnic owned stores as well. Was picking up a layaway here its nice but of course they are not free from those who live in a different mindset. Someone stole a lot of merchandise and walked right out of the store. Now we wonder why our prices are completely high around here!!

Clean environment. Plenty of stores to choose from. Fridays, Burger King, Pizza Hut are a few eat places there as well as an All-You-Can-Eat Buffet with decent food. Parking lot is always clean and well lit at night.

Is awesome, there are all these little goods in one place! Cookie, chocolates, ice-cream, cheese steak, BBQ, fresh produce, jewelry, fresh meat, local cheese and beer! Its a must in downtown Philly!
