***Bad Business*** Walk away! Company has a history of cars not passing emissions. Company has a history of rigging cars to pass emissions. Check engine light will not appear the first 30 days, but in most instances will appear afterwards. This company knows how to "trip" a car to pass emissions in order to sell it to you, but a year later you WILL be looking at $800+ to fix emission errors. Cars are known to have transmission issues. Also Bennie, Syeed, and Tony are as nice as apple pie when youre in the process of purchasing a vehicle, but will turn cold & heartless when you present issues with their vehicles. This company does not respect the community it serves. Currently under investigation with the Clean Air Commission. do not hesitate to reach out to me for the facts (paperwork, conversations, previous customers complaints, and my current submission to the clean air commission and emissions inspectors). I even have a recording of Bennie making serious racially charged comments to me directly when I expressed my concern about their practices and being lied to... They claimed to have made repairs to my vehicle but could not/would not provide proof. Held the cars for weeks (with my personal keys) and would not tell me where the vehicle was, who the mechanics were, where the shop was, mechanics invoices... nothing. Do Not Be Deceived by their perception of professionalism...This company has proven to many of its customer to have very DECEPTIVE business practices. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE $$, ANXIETY, AND TIME and find a more reputable dealership!!! Youve been warned.

****THINK TWICE, I URGE YOU**** Please think twice before purchasing a vehicle from Pars Auto Sales Inc. (Stone Mountain) not to be confused with Pars Cars Sales. Yes they will get you in their vehicles with little to no hassle about credit challenges, but when things are wrong with the vehicle and you try to address it with them, you really get to see their TRUE nature. This dealership will go to any lengths to get their way... even LIE! This dealership attempted to bill me $2600 for a mechanical issue that they offered to repair as a COURTESY (email, voicemail AND text as proof). I signed the loan contract for this vehicle on april 5th... it is now April 29th and they have yet to release the vehicle. PLEASE HEED ADVISE... EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE IN WRITING WITH THIS COMPANY. Document everything and communicate via email also... not just phone conversations. I can only give you my experience and you make the decision from there. Consumers need to know how this company treats the community they serve when things go wrong and issues arise. There is ALOT more to my experience with this company that is very... i will just say "suspect" about their business practices. If youve had an experience with this company, report it so that consumers are equiped with knowledge before dealing with this company.

I had put 3000 down on a 2001 Landover, didnt test drive it. Smh should have!! I was not able to because it needed to be fixed in the shop. So for about a whole entire month I had to wait. In the mean time, I was giving another car until the landrover came out the shop. Had the other car got pulled over, police gave me three tickets. Had to go to court and get all tickets dismissed. It had to do with them putting the wrong car on the insurance. When I got the landrover, not even a week later, it had all types of problems, overheating, busted hoses, it even started smoking, and even the brakes started to go. They would bother us all the them for a payment! How are you asking for a monthly payment for a car that doesnt even work? I got so fed up and returned it. They are being investigated, I hope they get everything they deserve because they are crooks. Dont steal from people who are hurting and walking on foot. It took me a long time to save all that damn money and Im very upset. I hope they get shut down!!

I only give it one star as a gift. this was the worst car buying experience my wife and i ever had. They misrepresented the add, features that were on the add were in other vehicles. We went for a specific vehicle with specific features and when we picked one out and came back to pick it up they changed radios. The owner was very rude and impatient and unwilling to listen to anything we have to say. He insulted my wife and pissed off my father in law. We drove vehicle home and then out for a ride, about 80 miles or so and check engine light came on, catalytic converters are bad so we sill have to replace to pass emissions.They had battery issues which when battery isnt working check engine light resets itself. so anyone thinking of buying a vehicle from this dealership better know what your getting yourself into. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I wish I could give them -10stars never go to them they tryed to keep my down payment wouldnt let me leave with the car and sold me another that has problems they give u the run around like everyone stupid I will be calling bbb on them they are crooks all of them dont buy a car until u get it check out they wouldnt even give me copies of the papers I sign I didnt want the car and they started saying will u gotta pay for our time and wanted to take my money saying it was for our time witch forced me to get another car from them they are trouble I should of seen this a mile away runnnnnnnn dont spend your money with them I will never deal with a use car lot again ..o not to mention the car dont have no lite bulbs on one side didnt notice it until I went to get the car look .

I was trying to find a good quality pre-owned car in 2011. I had just gotten out of a bankruptcy and no one approved me but when i went to Pars auto sales in Stone mountain, they got me approved immediately. I purchased a 2008 Volkswagon Toureg from Pars auto sales in March of 2011 and i have only changed my oil every 3000 miles. The car was perfect and anytime i needed something cosmetically done to my car, Pars auto sales referred me to good places to get them done at a reasonable price. I have been ripped off many times with other car companies before but Pars auto was the BEST company i have ever worked with and i will refer all my friends and family to them. Pars auto has found themselves a life time customer. Oh and by the way Pars auto is different from Pars cars.

Not even 2 weeks after buying a car from here and Im stranded waiting on the radiator to be replaced, because it was cracked. Super shady place and dilapidated building. Only went here because they had a specific vehicle I was looking for. Heed warning to those reviews that are positive, as the person that does the sales and financing has people write their reviews from her desk on her computer, so what negative things are they gonna say?! I didnt finance with them, but Im sure these people that comment that they get them into the car they want are correct- because they do in- house financing. Unless youre dead set on a car and dont mind the possible repairs that come with, go elsewhere.
