I had recently posted a review (that I have now deleted) based on the experience my son had after buying a F250 from National Auto Warehouse. At that time I was extremely frustrated because the truck had engine problems before he made it back to his base in Colorado. The warranty that NAW gave did specifically say the repairs had to be done at their shop in Knoxville which made it difficult and costly for us to have the truck hauled back. I have since cooled off and visited Brent at NAW and he did pay the shipping cost and said he will make the repairs here. At this time, I have improved my rating on this company assuming they will make a quality repair and I will drive it back to CO to my son. Lesson learned, always take a used vehicle to a trusted shop for an inspection before buying no matter who you buy it from. NEW UPDATE: I am now a completely satisfied customer. National Auto Warehouse had the repairs done by an exceptional Ford mechanic (who I just happen to know personally). I have apologized to Brent face to face for my (and my family and friends) comments which were purely made out of frustration over a used vehicle that had problems. Turns out the whole problem was caused by a defective gasket which was not the dealers fault. NAW has the truck running perfect and I will be taking it back to my son in CO. I WOULD NOW RECOMMEND NATIONAL AUTO WAREHOUSE TO ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY A USED VEHICLE.

WILL NOT GET ANY ASSISTANCE AFTER PURCHASE! I have purchased cars with 5-7 different dealers and National Auto Warehouse is without a doubt the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Dont get me wrong, they were very nice and helpful in every possible way until I purchased my 2005 Subaru Outback. On the way home the cruise control stopped working. A couple days later the check engine light came on. I called and emailed. They said they would talk to their technicians. Never got back to me. I had to call and email 4 times to get my title sent to me. They never would tell me what was taking so long. At one point, they even had to overnight me a new temp tag because they had waited so long. They only did so when I called the day before my tag expired complaining AGAIN! BACK TO CAR ISSUES-Took the car to Subaru dealer. They gave me a quote of over $3000 to repair not including the leaking head gaskets. They said and I quote "There is no way the person who sold you this car did not know these things were going on." I have called them for over a week at this point. Made contact 3 seperate times with the promise once someone would get back to me within the same business day. Still never heard anything. In conclusion, DO NOT buy here. A good deal isnt a deal with no customer service, no communication, and they dont stand behind what they sell.

The personal experience received from the group at National Auto Warehouse was second to none. My wife and I were in the market for a new to us vehicle. We contacted National about a car that was listed in their inventory. Given the fact that we are located 5.5 hrs away, it was going to take some good planning in order to make our schedules work so that we could test the vehicle. We decided to place a deposit on a Monday so that the car we wanted to see was held until we could make the trek across the state the following Saturday. The Friday prior to our trip, we were notified by family members of a vehicle that was newly available for sale due to another family members health. The following day, the Saturday that we had planned to visit National, I called to inform them that we had decided to go a different route concerning our next vehicle. The staff was very understanding of the situation and promptly refunded our deposit with no questions asked. 1) National did not have to hold the vehicle for us but they did. 2) National could have sold the vehicle regardless of our deposit but they didnt. 3) National could have held a portion of the deposit since they had taken the vehicle off the market specifically for us but they didnt. National is a very personal, local feeling dealer that I would not have any concerns dealing with in the future.

Great people selling great cars at great prices. I plan to buy my next car used and from NAW. I received honest, transparent, informed communication before, during, and after sale. I discovered them on eBay, where it is easy to see how they are better than a local dealer (who never has the car listed) and better than the slick ".com" dealers (who offered surprisingly skimpy information on their cars). National Auto Warehouse is clearly good at buying gently-used cars (often coming off lease), particularly electrics and hybrids. They did a great, detailed, honest job of listing cars, including free CarFax-type reports. NAW was always eager (or at least patient) in answering detailed car-tech questions, at least for a picky electric vehicle buyer like me. The car I saw was the car I got. After purchase, shipping a car 700 miles it isnt quite as easy as Amazon Prime 2-Day (Id forgotten how complicated car sales are) but they made the process of paperwork (mostly PDFs) and shipping (let them pick/contract a shipper for me and got a better price and faster service than the eBay estimates) easy. Dont be alarmed (as I admittedly was) that it takes a little longer to get your title than it does to get the car. There are lots of moving parts, and they got me through it, and the car I got (a Nissan Leaf) was a great value.

The best car-buying experience I have ever had PERIOD! Everyone is laid back, friendly, calm, easygoing - NOT high-strung or pushy "what-can-I-do-to-get-you-in-this-car-today?" type. These guys went above and beyond. First they were ultimately fair in the price of the car AND on trade. Then, they backed it up the deal when I had an issue 5 months later without question. A condition of my buying the car was the water pump to be replaced or cost negotiated out before I bought the car. They replaced it. Then, just last week the water pump was noticed as leaking during routine maintenance. Without hesitation they verified it was leaking and replaced it as covered under the manufacturers warranty at NO ADDITIONAL COST to me. Anyone that thinks these guys are hard to deal with obviously has issues. Trust that you will be met with excellent service because these are top notch people that know what they are doing.

I am so pleased with my experience with National Auto Warehouse. I spoke with Eric on the phone several times about the BMW 325xi wagon I was looking at online. He went above and beyond to make sure the car was serviced and ready when I drove down from Nashville to purchase it, shared details from the Auto Check report from me, and answered all the questions I had about the vehicle. When we had an issue with the key before driving off, Eric and his service technician stayed late to fix the problem so that we could drive back to Nashville without issues. We have followed up with him since, and I will say this is BY FAR the best experience Ive had buying a used car, or any car really. You can tell that these folks really do care about their customers, and I especially think that Eric is the most solid guy Ive met in this industry so far. I got a great deal, a great car, and great customer service. A+++
