This place ESPECIALLY RANDY BAILEY only cares about one thing....getting your "Signature" on the financing documents. THATS IT! He will say that they will fix this or theyll take of that to make you think that the vehicle that you are thinking of buying will be better when you sign on the dotted line. DONT BELIEVE A WORD HE SAYS! He just care about making the sale! They wont do anything like he said they would when you were just looking at the vehicle. (These words even came from their own DRIVER!!!) I had to call everyday for over two weeks to get my repairs done! I have bought a few used vehicle before and this is BY FAR THE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! Do yourself a favor and go to JimBobs junk yard instead...their sales/customer service should be far better!! I had to have my car picked up twice to have the body work repaired on it. I live in Lansing and they are located in Owosso and Perry. A F-150 with a V-8 is NOT gas efficient. I have had to pay for the gas to have them repair my car that they promised to repair before I bought the car. How is that fair? Why should I have to pay for repairs that the vehicle should of not even had in the first place? When I got my truck back from the last of the repairs...I had less than 10 miles left on the tank of gas that was in my truck. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

As you can see I am not happy with Signature Ford Lincoln, I started talking with Lindsay very nice lady, then Randy called Friday 19th he told me he will send me an e-mail with information about 2004 Crown Victoria he never did,I was going to stop by Sat but I didnt because of that ( 40 minutes drive), monday I called again he said the car is sold, but it is still in the web site, after that I talked with the Rich the GM Sales I explain briefly my situation because I was working and I did not get any called back, very unprofesional they should be eager to sell, well they do not care or maybe as I have an accent, they didnt care because of that. My son Michael and I went to see a 2016 Ford Mustang at Signature Ford and worked with Randy. This was by far the best car deal experience we have ever had at a dealership. Randy was the most accommodating sales person we have ever dealt with he was knowledgeable, accommodating and bent over backwards to help Mike purchase the Mustang. We drove 91 miles to look at this car and it was worth every miles. I will go back there when my lease is up just to work with Randy. The showroom is bright and clean and everyone is very friendly. Thank you again Randy for make us feel at ease and for bringing the deal together. I will be back in June. That is a promise.

My husband and I were very specific on the type of truck we wanted, Signature Ford had one, and we couldnt be happier! Our salesman was honest, personable and worked with us to make a deal. They even delivered the truck to us since we couldnt get the paperwork done before the bank closed. We had a "as is" deal, but Randy still had it detailed, fueled up, and the key code reset before he personally delivered it. Thank you, we would definitely purchase from them again.

Hands down the best Ford dealer I have been to for both sales and service. I purchase a 2007 F250 from them and experienced a few issues right after purchasing the truck used, even though it was sold without warranty Angie from signature was more than willing to help correct the issues. I live an hour away from signature but they have made a customer for life through excellent attention to detail!

Newly remodeled store. The best and cleanest used car inventory in shiawassee county. Friendly sales staff and concierge service where they pick up and or deliver your car. These guys go the extra distance. Also lots of customer parking, sparkling floors and bathrooms, free coffee. Also there is a restraunt next door if your hungry you can get a bite to eat while your car is being serviced.

It was an easy sale with no games. Salesperson (Randy Bailey) was friendly and upfront and willing to negotiate and provide pricing ahead of time. Didnt try to pad the sale price with value adds and didnt push any of the extended warranties after the first no. Smoothest transaction Ive had buying a car.

They qoutoed me one price and when I drove an hour down to pick up the car they had raised the price $400 dollars. I walked out on principal, they refused to work anything out. The people who work here are very rude and seem to get a high off of wasting your time.
