I purchased a mattress that was delivered on time Saturday morning. The sales and delivery personnel were great but after that all that can go wrong has. Within an hour of delivery, I started to remove tags only to notice the seams were not sewn properly and were coming undone. I notified the store early that morning (10am) and was told that they would not be able to exchange the mattress that day but I would get another call from another department to schedule another exchange delivery date for either Sunday or Monday. I stated my busy schedule for the upcoming week and asked that I atleast be given a timely exchange delivery date as to not further inconvience my family, employer and self. I emailed my concerns later that same afternoon regarding not yet receiving a follow up call. Later that same evening, minutes before 7pm, I finally receive a voicemail to schedule an exchange. I call back only to find out they are closed after 7pm and will not reopen until Monday. I called the store store and they stated they could not help me and I would just have to wait until Monday. Im upset that the bed left the factory after inspection with such gross defects but I am even more upset to get the run around from the store. They do not value their consumers. They think this is an acceptable way to do business? Where is their accountability and customer care? I just wanted to buy a mattress and be done. Now, I have more calls to make and wait for possibly more delayed call backs. Then, I have to reschedule my events and wait for another delivery date. I dont usually write reviews but this was a noteable poor experience. Its not worth the minimal savings if you must miss out on a day of work$ to correct their errors. That why customer service matters. ** Since I last wrote my review, I received yet another defective mattress. Delivery team falsely stated that mattress was refused and in good condition. This is unbelievable but apparently they work off of commission and delivering a defective mattress works against them. We should have had videos/pics?!?! Seriously? I went in and manager JB assisted us with "upgrade." I was promised a call back and an email confirmation but this is the next day and nothing yet again. OMG this is the store manager and if this is how he follows up to customer service flaws on so many different levels how can his employees be expected to act any better. This must be a norm for Raymour Flanigan. I would not trust this company with your money and even less with your most valueable time.

Went in and special-ordered a sofa and chair - both sleepers. Tag said 4-6 weeks; salesman said 4-6 weeks and that things usually come in earlier rather than later. So, regardless, I should have had the sleepers by Christmas. Four weeks later, hadnt heard anything at all, so called and was told things would be in 12/23/15 (suspiciously exactly 6 weeks). About a week before it was due, was told the same thing. Day it was due, was told it still says 12/23 but that there was no tracking number and it usually takes about 8 weeks for a special order, so the lady said she would have to get someone else to trace exactly where the sofas are and get back to me; of course, no one called. Day after it was due, was told that the order would be in 1/4/16. I told them that that was unacceptable and was transferred to a manager who told me an 8-12 weeks special-order time frame but also said give him a chance to find out the "facts" about the order - novel concept. I did, but warned him that I have a house full of people for Christmas and some of us sleeping on the floor since these things didnt come in. So, if we cant sleep on them as we need to now, then I dont want them and Im not paying for them. Four hours later, a lady called me back and said that the order would be ready 1/4, so, if I wanted to cancel, they would refund me the deposit, or, if I wanted to wait (since the tag in the store for the sofa said 4-6 weeks), they would take $200 off. Considering these were expensive ($2,000-worth of stuff) and theyre not helping the sleeping situation right now, I didnt feel $200 was sufficient. I didnt haggle, and they didnt either, so I have a feeling that this happens with them all of the time. Too bad - the pieces would have been pretty, but I dont care enough to support such incompetence.

Salespeople are misinformed, management is misguided, however the worst experience one can have is dealing with the "customer service" people, the people whose job it is to process your payment. This Customer Service Rep questioned my signature on my credit card and then after some heated words, told me she would call the Police and have me escorted out the Store...HELLO, I was trying to leave the store when the Salesperson couldnt enter the correct SKU, I was trying to leave when the Manager told me there was a delivery charge of $55 after the Salesperson told me there was no delivery charge. I was trying to leave the store when I waited 30 minutes for the Stock person to wrap my piece as he was busy talking to the Manager in the back who was not interested in honoring his word about he "free" delivery. TI was trying to leave before this Customer Service Rep called my daugter a a @@@#$$. This was my first and last exchange at Raymour and Flanigan. There is a reason there are 4 cars in the parking lot on a Saturday. They are absolutely a "horror" to deal with and the so called Manager does not accept responsibility for his staffs actions. Save your $$$ and spend it someplace where people appreciate your business.

ZERO STARS!!!! Please DO NOT USE THIS STORE AND AVOID IT ANY POSSIBLE WAY. SALESPEOPLE LYING IN ORDER TO SELL AND WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING JUST TO PUSH A SALE AND EARN A COMMISSION. We bought 2 Tempur Pedic mattresses , paid in full and were promised next day delivery since we are moving out in 2 day. Salesperson, she assured us that we WILL get it delivered next day for sure. Delivery company called us in the morning saying that time frame 1-4pm. We took day off from work and were sitting and waiting for them. No one showed up. Around 4pm someone called and said driver behind the schedule and will come between 4-7pm. Fine! It is 8pm and no one is here. My husband called delivery company and they told him that they cant reach the driver and not sure if delivery happening today..... Long story short... We still dont have our shipment, no communication from delivery company... Most likely will cancel that order and do a charge back. Just be aware of this scammers and dont waste your time on this store!!!! Horrible, Horrible experience......

Fuimos a la tienda a escoger el mueble y nos embiaro otro y ahora quieren que yo page el delivere para la devuelta y el 20% y el vendedor que se equivoco al emviar el mueble quedo limpio y los perjudicados somos nosotros que tenemos encima que pagar por la equivocacion de ellos primera y ultima vez que comopramos en esa tienda .ya fui a la misma tienda y eso fue su repuestas que yo debo pagar el envio y el 20% como el que se equivoco de compra fui yo.seguro eso haran a mucha gente
