Can I give them a negative star? Needed a rolling bag/backpack for my work laptop . . . so I can bring it back and forth with me while I work half days to slowly get back into the groove of going into the office. So my husband looked online and saw that Staples had the best selection. Okay . . . so we stop by the one off of 494 and France. There are 2 different styles in stock. There are two price tags on the shelf . . . one that says $39.99 and one that says $89.99 . . . well, one of the backpacks was lighter weight, and did not have as many pockets and stuff . . . who cares, I just need a place for the laptop . . . lets get the cheaper one. We get to the checkout and it rings up $89.99 . . . WHAT!?!?! The price on the shelf in front of it said $39.99. The manager tells me that those tags get shifted all the time. I show her the shelf . . . two tags . . . one RIGHT in front of the bag we were getting. Guess what? The tag for the OTHER rolling bag was on the NEXT SHELF OVER! Like on the other side of the "split" in the shelf. Oh, yeah, I totally would think to look at the next shelf over for a price, and not at the tag right lined up in front of the bag I want. Planograms 101 . . . guess the employees at Staples missed that class And I guess they also missed the class where if you tag something wrong it is not the customers fault.

I CAME IN ON A SUNDAY MORNING TO BUY A $600. DESKTOP. IT WAS CLEAR IMMEDIATELY THAT THIS STORE WAS NOT READY TO OPEN. EVEN AT 11:30. WHEN I TOLD THE YOUNG AND HELPLESS CASHIER THAT I WANTED TO BUY A COMPUTER HE LOOKED STARTLED AND CONFUSED. I WAS TOLD TO STAND TO THE SIDE WHILE ALL OF THE MANY CUSTOMERS IN BACK OF ME WHERE RUNG UP WITH THEIR $10. PURCHASES. AND HERE WAS I TRYING TO MAKE A HUGE PURCHASE BEING TREATED LIKE MY NEEDS WERE STRANGE. A CLUELESS MANAGER NAMED MCALLISTER THEN CAME BY LOOKING CONFUSED AND WHEN I TOLD HER OF MY PLIGHT SHE COULD NOT CARE LESS AND SAID "WELL LEAVE THEN". THIS STORE IS TO BE AVOIDED BY ALL MEAN. POORLY MANAGED WITH PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am forced to shop at Staples because that is where my company is contracted through. It used to be a pain to get anything accomplished when the previous manager, Amanda, was in charge. This store has done a complete turn around in the last few years with the new manager, Tim. I have been to numerous Staples stores around the country and this is by far one of the best well run. The store is clean and everything I need is always in stock. The staff is friendly and willing to help, they seem much less stressed than they were under the previous management.

The Sent an order to be printed same day on Friday (store stated 4 hours), went to pick it up the following Monday afternoon and was told the print would not be completed until Tuesday! Jason, the staff member "assisting" us, was extremely rude to us and those around us. Spoke with a manager about the situation and he was just as unhelpful and took no interest whatsoever in resolving our issue. Avoid this place at all costs! Took our business to Office Max where they were able to print off our poster happily, even right before closing.

This is a pretty good location overall, but... The selection can be bad at times and you will have to either wait for them to receive new stock, try your luck at a different location, or go online. The staff is OK...nothing terrible, but nothing that screams excellence either. I do like that they price match other retailers, so that has come in handy before.

Great customer service! I was in a pinch trying to print wedding programs before moving out of the area the next day. Needless to say I was a little stressed, but Abbie and Jason were so helpful and accommodating in the copy and print center, staying well after close on a Friday night to ensure my needs were met. They truly put their customers needs first!

The staff there was very kind but whenever they needed help from the manager, Amanda, she would act very short with them and then pretend to be polite to me. I am not falling for the fake smile bit. I feel bad for the employees there. Im staying at the Minnetonka store. The manager there seems to like her employees!
