Workers here Lack of customer service. Workers dont know how to do their service and we were sent back home and told us to come back tomorrow because apparently "there was an error" in the system. Came back the next day, had the same worker and same thing happened. She just doesnt know how to do her job right. The workers have no good communication with customers and they make it seem like they literally hate their jobs. None of the workers here have no smiles on their face which just makes the environment in the store feel deadly. This would be my last Best Buy resort. Workers here make you feel uncomfortable. Visited the store: 8/19/17 @ 7:00 pm with three females working.

I experienced trouble with the settings on Samsung Tablet. I spent an hour working on it myself and a 30 minute call directly to Samsung was not helpful. I stopped by the Best Buy Mobile store today, Sunday, June 29, Brooklyn Center where I bought the device. Within a few minutes, a young woman was able to figure out the major problem and also resolved another problem. Both the employees that day were very nice and super helpful. What great customer service! Many thanks!
