Cartwheel - this idea just does not work. Saw 2 elderly ladies looking at bath towels with a sign 20% off with cartwheel. They loaded up. Guess what? They do not have a smartphone, so no discount. I dont have a smartphone, so no discount for me. Not buying one just to get Target discount. Manager would not even discount them for them. Nice customer service to the elderly population who built the Target name. Just do what the millennials what and ignore the other 95%. Store always a mess - boxes everywhere; nobody asks you for help; and the checkout lanes are too narrow for anybody to get a cart down to the second row of checkouts. Love to push the red card. Go to the self checkouts and never have to deal with this one again. Pharmacy is terrible, no staff. Had to get a Rx and the guy typed everything in and then did it again 3 times. Had to ask the Pharmacist because nobody else was around. Come to find out, Target/CVS is out of network. One would think the person would know this since it is a large PBM that my insurance is through

As a disabled person, this Target does not provide working motorized shopping carts. The last time I was there they were down to 1 cart that would not take a full charge. I have asked if they are planning on ordering new ones. The only answer I get is " I dont know" . I have asked the Managers where do I make a formal complaint, they say " I dont know". I realize, this is a courtesy offered by Target. I know that I am very grateful to have them ready when I walk through the door. Also, they could base the number of carts on the busyness of the store. Have 4-5 carts ready for busy days. Not everyone can walk, nor does everyone have access to their own scooter. Please Crystal Target, start thinking about your disabled customers. Thank you

I think Target in Crystal is awesome. In so many ways. Customer service has been great. Phil the manager is one of the nicest managers I have met in a long time. I have had a few issues from TVS and other issues we have had. Phil has made it right with no questions or hassles. If you ever have an event or a fundraiser if Target can help they will. As far as the pharmacy goes I have never had a problem getting refills. Call them order them or take a moment and drop off your prescription it does get filled. Keep in mind though right now Target is in going in with CVS so that might be the problem not target themselves. One experience with them does not make Target a bad store. Just saying from experience.

So after a tiring soccer game, I went to go get a boost at the Starbucks inside this target. I placed my order with Taylor and was distracted thinking about the upcoming week that I completely forgot to ask him for soy milk! Now I need soy milk because regular milk makes my tummy hurt real bad so I asked him if its too late to make my order with soy milk. He was already working on my drink but was totally ok with redoing it for me. He was really nice about it and gave me no attitude for having to start over even though the mistake was on me. Thanks Taylor for not making me feel bad and giving great customer service!!

I had a horrible experience at the Crystal Target location. The store was dirty and unorganized. I felt Phil (the store manger) was very offending. I went to address my customer experience and he responded in a unfriendly manner. This made me feel very uncomfortable. Phil also kept cutting me off as I was trying to tell him my experience at the store. There was no reason to raise your voice or constantly try to talk over a customer. Instead of taking my feedback, the manager kept escalating and judging my opinion.. I will not be returning to the store again.

I suppose as a whole this Target is OK. They have a really convoluted guest service/online pick-up area with no signs saying were to start the line for each one. So I started to wait in one area to pick-up something I ordered online and was told that was not where I was supposed to be. So I went to the area pointed at and then was told that that was the self checkout line. I got in the correct line and when I got to a register they then took me around to where I was originally stranding to full my order. Very disorganized and time wasting in my opinion.

Immediately after a terrible experience at a nearby pizza place where I ended up demanding my money back and got no food, my family and I came in here to get food at the food counter. We received Pizza hut pizzas and bread sticks from a very polite, courteous, helpful young man. He went out of his way to serve us. He was a breath of fresh air after what we had just gone through. Thanks!

I hate the grocery section. They dont have many selections for meat. Also the customer service at the register is terrible. When ever I try to use my gerber coupons they always seem confused & then dont want to take it. And have no reasoning behind it. Also the baby clothes never seem to be stocked. I now go to the super target on rockford road inn plymouth. Much better experience.

Love Target, but this one has one of the worst selections ETA an example: I once needed a pregnancy test. Wanted the $6 Target brand two pack, but they were out of all Target brand and all two-packs of any kind. The shelves were swept clean and they couldnt tell me when theyd get more in. This is typical of this location

Good customer service, and friendly people, but they need more extensive training. The cashier missed my cartwheel discount twice and the starbucks cafe didnt know that you could use your cartwheel there at the cafe. Not much experience in the place, but I appreciate the warm attitudes everyone had

Could be 5 stars if this was a Super Target or had a better grocery area. There is enough room for an expansion by forfeiting the parking lot to the right of the location. It would be really nice considering the closest Super Target is in Fridley, Maple Grove, or St. Louis Park. Bummer...

As a store - above average. Pharmacy horrible understaffed and frequently cannot get prescriptions refilled via their phone system in less than 24 hours on a reliable basis. Mens clothing frequently out of stock. Sometimes no fitting room attendants to be found.

Target for a store is good... for a pharmacy is very, VERY POOR! I will never use them ever again, nor will I ever recommend them for a pharmacy. They are terrible for custom service and can not give you a straight answer even when they know they are wrong.

This Target has seen much better days, store in general just feels and looks dirty. When you get to the check outs youll be lucky if your not in a line, during busy hours youll see only 2-3 check outs open and lines backing up into the walking area.
