Two stars because Best Buy carries good product in my opinion. Honestly, I havent stopped into BB for well over a year because I have been making my purchases online to save money, primarily through Amazon.I had some extra time today so I stopped into the Apple Valley store to pick up some things for Home Theater. I will say that I dont think its right to take a lot of time from team members if you dont intend to spend money at the store, thats my opinion... however sometimes its worth spending more for service. When I walked in the store today the security officer at the door greeted me like always, thats a nice touch. The phone department is at the front of the store and the team member working that area asked if he could help, again, well done. After giving me a suggestion to my Home Theater question he recommended going to that department for clarification which was fine, thats where I was headed anyway. When I got there I saw a team member helping a customer, no problem, I can wait. After being awed by the isles of huge screens without acknowledgement from one of the team members who were coming and going, I became interested in home security systems...I have been considering a purchase in that area too. After not being acknowledged in that area either I became bored and moved into the isles of adapters, I always seem to have a need for some type of adapter, still nothing...I then moved back into the big screens as a last ditch effort to get as much as eye contact...still no acknowledgement. My entire visit was 20 minutes at this point, I saw a lot of employees, all busy going to and coming from somewhere....but no acknowledgement as a customer who has been lingering in one area of the store for so long? At this point I realized that I wouldnt be addressed, everybody was busy even though the parking lot was as thin with customers as the inside was...I estimate seeing twice as many employees as customers. Ive always rooted for Best Buy as a company since many of my friends work at the corporate office, or have in the past. I also didnt jump on the online bandwagon in the beginning but realized today that physical store fronts like Best Buy will continue to go away when the service aspect is gone which it clearly is. Today, I made my last stop into Best Buy, and came out empty handed.

The individuals in higher positions at this location are WILDLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I have applied for a number of positions at this location and have been interviewed three separate times, one of which was with a general manager. Each time I am told I am a great candidate, or, and I quote, "I like you a lot for this position." Then, after weeks go by, Im sent an automated e-mail informing me Im no longer being considered. NOT a personal call informing me what I could improve upon, no, an automated e-mail. After several attempts to contact the general manager, either of the other two supervisors I interviewed with, or even a member of HR, I have been turned away time and time again, being told theyre busy, not there, or that theyre ON LUNCH after the store has only been open for TWO HOURS. The last interview I had I was fortunate to get in contact with one of the supervisors, who told me I wasnt contacted yet because the last person interviewing did NOT SHOW UP FOR THEIR INTERVIEW and that they rescheduled with them. Call me old fashioned, at only 28, but back in my day when someone gets a haircut, dresses professionally, shows up on time OR EARLY for any/all of their interviews, and is MORE than qualified for the job - YOU AT LEAST HAVE THE COURAGE TO CALL THE PERSON AND TALK TO THEM IN PERSON. This is UNPROFESSIONAL and SICK. Somebody literally doesnt show up for their interview and you reschedule with them!? NO. You hire somebody who is willing, excited, and qualified for the position that you have already interviewed, who showed professionalism and integrity. This store is run by cowards and imbeciles. P.S. Best Buy supervisors of this location: feel free to contact me. Im still waiting to hear back from anybody that Ive left messages with. Three times. Id be happy for you to tell me why Im told Im the perfect candidate just before you disregard me and dont show me the decency of a professional phone call. Its the least YOU could do for someone who showed the utmost respect and professionalism FOR YOU!

No stars if I could -- just regret. Let me start with on the only positive: Bought dryer and washer because in-store service was awesome! Afterward, its been a nightmare. Delivery guys scratched the wall of my new home, and installed the dryer and washer where doors open towards each other (instead of away), and both are a foot from the wall. Been on 7 plus calls with Geek Squad all week (long holds of 20 mins plus and got hung up a few times). Called Wed and was told service would be on Thurs morning to redo the door hinges and redo the install. Took half day to be at home Thurs morning and no one came. Called again, they said service was scheduled Friday and someone will call to confirm by end of day Thurs. Took Friday (today) off work yet no one called back Thurs to confirm. Today is Friday - I called and was told theres no service scheduled at all! Smh. Going back to Best Buy store to talk to guy who sold me the dryer and washer. If resolution isnt fair, requesting for a full refund and file complaint to BBB and whichever agency necessary so this doesnt occur to others. Note: Best Buy hires sub contractors to do their delivery/install so thats a gamble, which I didnt know and now I do! Lesson learned - go with another company who has employees to do the delivery/install, not sub contractors who doesnt give a $H&T.

Employees keep screwing me over. Went to go purchase a curved tv. I asked for the 65" Samsung curved tv for $1599.99 and the sales talked me into getting the 55" lg oled curved tv. Had an open box for $1800 so I purchased it and took it home. Opened it up to find out they sold me a regular tv that was not curved. I closed it back up and took it back. I told the worker what happened and he apologized and I said I wanted to go with the original Samsung curved tv that I wanted to begin with. They sold me the Samsung and I took it back home only to find out that this tv wasnt curved either. They sold me the wrong tv yet again. Called them to let them know and complain about the same screw up twice and they told be to yet again pack it up and bring it back down. These tvs are big and wont fit in my car so I have to keep borrowing friends cars to do so. Also keep in mind that my girlfriend is pregnant and cant do any carrying so that leaves it for me to do. Really stupid mistakes by their employees. I will most likely be contacting the BBB about this issue. If you plan to buy a tv here, make sure they give you the correct one and ask to open the box to check. Very unprofessional service.

Going to Apple Valley Best Buy was a total waste of my time. I went into the store to buy a pair of headphones that I saw on the Best Buys website that were $150.00 off. When I went into the store, I asked a employee if they price matched their online prices and he said they do. I selected the headphones, went to the register and showed the cashier my phone so she could price match it. She stated she needed to verify it with her phone to give me the price. After 10 minutes of her fumbling around with her phone trying to pull up the internet and find the product, she informed me she was unable to change the price. I was frustrated I wasted my time at the store and then had to go to the Burnsville location where I was able to get the reduced price. I later called in to the Apple Valley location to speak to a manager about the earlier incident. Long story short I was immediately blown off with "sorry theres not much we can do". Overall terrible customer service
