DO NOT GO HERE. FOOD AND HEALTH/SAFETY VIOLATIONS EVERYWHERE. i used to be an employee here. the manager and assistant manager are awful and dont know a thing about customer service; the worst i have ever seen. they put out stale products that are kept in a hot kitchen, not refrigerated. i have witnessed them handle the food with unwashed hands and no gloves on. the owners dont provide the employees with handsoap, so the only time they wash their hands is when they wash the dishes kr use the bathroom. they have small COCKROACHES that i have witnessed CRAWLING ON THE COOKIES and when i asked my boss what to do with them, he sayed to just pack them up for tomorrow with the other (stale, if i might add) cookies. they do not keep the dining area clean, only cleaning it when they feel like it. my shift manager actually told me that he doesnt clean the lobby because he doesnt want to deal with customers dining in. they rudely rush customers, and half the time the icecream is almost melted because they dont keep the freezer doors shut. the cookies that they make are actually smaller than what the company tells them to make, so they are basically stealing your money. they do NOT follow cleanliness standards in kitchen area. i repeat, DO NOT GO HERE. i worked here long enough to see how much this place needs to get reported and shut down. MOST GOOD REVIEWS ON HERE I BELIEVE ARE FROM FAMILY/FRIENDS OF THE OWNERS TO TRY TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK BETTER.

Terrible service. Went to get a ice cream shake with my wife and 1 year old. Lady at the counter was extremely rude. She was not interested in assisting and seemed upset at something. There was a new person as well that she was training and she appeared to not want to be there. Im not sure if she is is the owner or manager but her attitude was horrible. She didnt smile at all or help us out beyond just giving us our order and yelling out "Next" I would definitely not go back there and advise you to stay away as well. My wife asked for a sample of an ice cream and she put such a small quantity in the mini spoon that my wife couldnt taste anything. On top of that the lady just walked off to the other end to ring up her register without even asking if we wanted anything else. Definitely not recommended.

Well Im not to happy with this one. I had a mango ice cream cone, and didnt taste like mango and was VERY EXPENSIVE.But i have to say that is a very nice place. Con este lugar no estoy muy contenta. Yo compré un cono con helado de mango, y no sabía para nada a mango y ademas es bien caro. Pero ai tengo que decir que el lugar es muy bonito.

I ordered a Mocha Cappuccino Fudge ice cream cake only one day earlier, I called several other locations and was told it could take at least two days to complete the order. Finally, I call this Hwy 6 near Westheimer location, the lady her name is Jasmine told me that I could pick up my cake at the next day as I wished, and She did the great job. The quality of the ice cream is so good. The service people in that location are nice and friendly, patient as well. I highly recommend this location and I will definitely come back again!

Visited this location today where I purchased 2 cookies and a small ice cream. I must say I regretted wasting my time coming and spending my money. The cookies tasted so stale that I ended up throwing them away. It was quite disappointing because I have never been to A Great American Cookie site and had disgusting products! The ice cream was not good either... the strawberries that were mixed in tasted spoiled so I could not enjoy that. I would not recommend anyone visiting here EVER!

I have been going to marble slab for years and this location was the worst. The ice cream was sift and melted. The server was not friendly. And he made my ice cream with one hand while holding the cone in the other therefore not mixing the ice cream with the mixins properly. Further the pricing was expensive compared to other slabs I visit. No wonder this location has 1.9 stars. Marble Slab shut down this site before this franchise owner destroys your reputation.

We hadnt been there in a while but we wanted to take our son to try it for the first time. He was excited because we told him you could mix candies with it. When we got our ice cream the lady looked fustrated and annoyed she even forgot to ask us if we wanted a mix, duhhh I wanted a mix why else do u go there. She just put 3 gummy bears on the top, really? So now we just go back to our original shop, orange leaf.

Went in recently on this hot summer day in Houston to have some ice cream and was thoroughly pleased with my experience. The guy working there immediately greeted me as i walked in and was very eager to help me. I was very happy to see my two favorite ice cream flavors (bubblegum and cotton candy) were available and the guy who served me mixed the flavors very well. I will definitely be going back to this store.

Place was empty.......ice cream wasnt cold enough started melting before we could even eat it they must not keep the cooler cold enough. Ice cream had no flavor to it tasted like the cheapest ice cream you can buy at food town. I doubt its the quality of ice cream their supposed to serve. People in their didnt seem to care. At 5.79 a scoop it was a joke and rip off dont waste your time or money.

.1 star. The one middle aged women who worked there was rude, and slacking The whole time we were there she had her headphones in. She just slapped my ice cream in the cup and moved on. My husband asked for his and she didnt even ask if he wanted anything when he asked for topping she was rude about it. As we paid and left another customer walked in and she was super excited to see him. RUDE!

My family and I go to this location at least 8 to 10 times a month. We always have a great service by its friendly staff. The ice cream tastes fresh every time we go as well as the cookies. We also order ice cream and cookies for special occasion and it is made fresh and on time as promised. We definitely recommend this location to our family and friends.

I went to this location last week it was extremely busy, but the store was very clean and the staff was professional and polite. Prices are very reasonable which is why we are here every other week. The red velvet brownie was very fresh and tender and my favorite combination of Cheesecake ice cream mixed with strawberries was yummy.
