Id give this place negative 5 stars if I could. The employees are like wild dogs. Except for Jacob, who I havnt seen lately, and probably couldnt stand to work at that ghetto location. They steal from the company by charging outrageous prices for the condiments. Like 60¢ for a tiny thing of syrup is ridiculous when they only give you one for those dry french toast sticks. Today I had the most annoying experience at that location. The chili cheese tater tots took forever. I ordered 3 items and one item was a cup of ice fresh from the ice maker. She gave me old ice with dirt in it. I told her I would like the ice fresh from the ice maker, she refused to get it and when I asked for my money back, she said F you and walked out. I walked up to the door with the food and asked for my money back and she kept walking around ignoring me. I finally walked in and put the items on the counter and asked for my money, and she screamed at me to get it out and refused to refund my money. As I look around the reaturant was gross. My feet stuck to the floors, and this is 9am and it looked like it had been opened all day never cleaned. Ew! I said lady you have two jobs, deliver the food and clean and you arent doing either. She said Im calling the police on me and I told her just to give my money back and she still ignored me. About 5 minutes later a black extremely ghetto girl wearing a gang style bandanna, a T-shirt, socks and flip flops walks in and asks me if she can help me with an attitude, I told her I was just trying to get my money back and asked her who she was and she walked out. A few minutes later two sherrifs units and a trooper shows up, shutting down the entire south side of the drive thru while they spoke to us both and sorted it out. Come to find out the ghetto girl was the manager lol and the units told her just to refund my money so everybody could get back to work and she told the officer that I was not allowed back. Lol. Smh. Like I will NEVER visit any sonic. ALL OF THAT FOR $5 And these people want $15 an hour and choose to escalate a situation instead of having good customer service. Smh

So I went tonight to this Sonic and they messed up one of the shakes my family ordered. I asked for a vanilla shake with a fudge core and cookie dough. Instead of telling me they didnt have the cores they gave me a chocolate shake with about 10 piece of cookie dough in the bottom. We went back and I told them the order was wrong and asked if they could redo it. The lady who took my order said shed ask the manager. She then came back and argued with me that the order was right and if I wanted it redone it would be 50 cents. She said they no longer have to cores so she made me a vanilla shake with cookie dough and added fudge to the top (which again is not what I got or asked for), if I wasnt happy with the amount of cookie dough it would be extra. I asked her if she could make a vanilla shake with cookie dough and just add extra cookie dough since I was charged 50 cents for fudge topping I didnt ask for. She asked her manager then came out and told me no, if I want a new shake I had to pay 50 cents. I then asked why she didnt tell me they didnt have fudge cores and instead charged me for fudge topping and then didnt even give me what she charged me for. She just shrugged. I left and I wont be going back. In the future if they cant make something they should just tell the customer, not charge them for something similar and give them something they didnt ask for, then charge them extra when they ask you to correct your mistake!

I went to Sonic tonight at 11:40 pm on 11/03/15 and pressed the call button for 10 minutes and no one answered. There was another customer who was being served, so I thought I am next. No one answered us, even thought the lady who served the last customer saw my car and that I was ready to order. At 11:50, I told my husband to see if there was anyone inside, because I saw two people inside the store only few minutes ago. While my husband was knocking on the door to get someones attention, I saw that the sign on the door said that Sonic was open till 12 am on Tuesdays. My husband finally saw that two ladys and they were busy cleaning up, and they had headphones (for music) in their ears. Finally, when they looked up, they waived and showed with their hands that they were closed. It was still 11:56pm then. I understand everyone wants to go home after a long day of work but they could have come up to us and tell us that they were closing. Is this what Sonics customer service has come to? I called the store then and a lady picked up the third time I called, and when I asked her name, she kept acting as if she couldnt hear me. I really thought that a customer should be given service as long as the store is open. My friends work in other food chains so I know that for fact. I was really very disappointed at what these ladies did tonight. This is absolutely no way to treat customers.

Staff with head set for drive thru was extremely rude and acted like they could care less if they worked there or not. Refused to take an order since it was 5 til closing time which did not make any sense since Google maps said they closed at 12 and it was only 10:55 p.m. This is our neighborhood Sonics and me and my family come here all of the time for icecream. I mean for real all of the time. This location has consistently went down hill in the last 3-4 months. The treatment my family and I experience is not worth it. We just want a friendly Sonics person to greet us with a happy hello how may I help you today? Not too much to ask from such a huge chain of business. Very disappointed and this location gives Sonics a bad name. Very concerned Sonics guest

Simple, small orders take a really long time to come out and when they do come out, 75% of the time the orders are messed up or completely wrong all together. This is the only sonic I have ever been to where they told me they were flat out of all ice cream, from shakes and malts to sundaes and ice cream cones. Not only that but on more than one occasion I have been told they were out of "chocolate". The service has really gone downhill in the past year, which is sad because I used to frequent this location almost everyday since it is down the street from my home. I really hope something changes because I really do love sonic, its just a shame that this particular location cant seem to get it together.

Wish I could give 0 stars because this locations sucks I payed for extra cookie dough in my shake , because they already only put 2 pieces in the shake ...didnt get any extra I payed almost 5 dollars for maybe 7 pieces of cookie dough in a medium shake and the rest was all ice cream... same situation with my boyfriends snickers blast ........sonic you suck spend some of that overpriced shake money to teach your employees how to make it right
