Ive never had a bad experience at Coldstone, until the other evening. My husband and I were the only customers in Coldstone and the two girls working were very rude and impatient with us. And I mean blatantly rude with us. My husband is hard of hearing and they seemed annoyed at the fact that the associate had to repeat themselves. I am not hard of hearing and the young lady who took my order mumbled, barely speaking to me and when I asked her to repeat herself seemed very annoyed. I dont normally complain but this was so obvious that when we walked out of the store my husband looked at me and said "was it me or did they seem very annoyed to be working?". I enjoy Coldstone so much that I will come back but it is definitely worth a complain in case they drive others away.

Me and my fiance went there to treat ourselves to some ice cream. The man behind the counter was very polite and nice. He helped up right away with a smile. i was open carrying my firearm and he struck up a conversation about gun rights. he had slightly different views then mine about campus carry. he didnt get mad and instead said he respects my views as I did his. he also saw we had coupons ready and told us to hold on to them as it was happy hour. will definitely go here again

The best Ice cream store Ive found in Topeka. The staff and friendly and personal with you. The Ice cream itself is divine! Its very flavorful and creamy. In fact, it was so good that I had my wifes Ice cream birthday cake made here which was the absolute best! I highly recommend this store to anyone!

Went the day before mothers day it was busy but they were on the ball. We only waited about 5 minutes and they got us through the line quick with no problem. The associates were very nice and up beat.
