The ladies who take the order are nice but always get it wrong. Had bad gas over it and bobo jam the next day all in my underwear. Said no cheese on the hamburger and got cheese anyway. Must be a messy kitchen because the shredded lettuce always and I mean always has an onion in it. Gross. Ordered chili cheese tots and it was mostly cheese. The tots just crumpled when I tried to pick them up with a fork. It made me cry and Ive been seeing a psychiatrist about it and he said I have post traumatic stress disorder because of this. I hope they close down. The orders are just always wrong. Oh and God forbid you ask for a cherry coke. It wont have a cherry in it. Ever. Stay away from this dump.

Ordered a Dr Pepper. After about 10 minutes the guy that was taking the orders I assume since he had the head set on. Came out to get his baby daughter out of the car and then took her inside. After he went in I called again to get my drink. Oh yes we will have it right out. Another 5 minutes went by he brought the baby back out to the car. Had a good view inside of the kitchen and one of the employees was on her cell phone. Still no Dr Pepper after 15 minutes. Finally I just drove off. From now on I will go to Arbys to get my drinks. The stalls were not even full. About 8 cars were there. If you cannot even serve one drink you need to find another place to work.

First the girl taking order in drive thru could not with all the back ground noise inside the store. Had to repeat order 5 times. Get up to the window to pay girl on cell phone playing games. Order was totally wrong. 1) ordered a #1 with everything on it add JALAPEÑO with onion rings and a route 44 Dr Pepper. 2) order #1 with no tomatoes no Mayo no ketchup. Onion rings route 44 Dr Pepper. Got small drinks , FF , both burgers had everything and no jalapeños. And wanted to charge me for up graded drinks that she messed up on . Not to mention took their time correcting drinks and onion rings. Total wait time 20 minutes

The sonic is absolutely horrible I went to the sonic to come and order a chicken sandwich thing and they still didnt give it to me the right way I ordered it three different times and they didnt give me the service is horrible people are discussing they give me a basically plain chicken sandwich this is a walking trash can I came in at 2:47 PM The manager horrible he brought me a plain sandwich and he gave me the ingredients because he didnt want to make a sandwich I paid for my sandwich this is why I am paying so that people can make it I dont have to make it

I never met a Sonic Drink Stop that couldnt make drinks, until today that is. We pulled up to a stall and kept pressing the button only to be told, "that stall doesnt work, drive to another one." Ummmm, how are you talking to us if this one doesnt work?!? No matter, we drove to another stall and ordered seven drinks, two came out completely wrong, about a 71.5% efficiency ratio, so we drove around the block to get them fixed and here we are, about a half hour later, enjoying our drinks... Completely over it but enjoying them nonetheless...

First of all, I drove into a stall and waited for 15 minutes and no one answered, so I decided to go into the drive-thru. I placed my order, and when I drove up I paid for my order, only find that they just gave me chicken strips. (Not even what I ordered), it is pretty unfortunate to pay more for something only to get what you totally did not order. The lady at the drive thru even read my order back to me and looked into the bag to give me ranch. Horrible establishment. Will not be going back.

This place is hit or miss....I used to go there every day for a sausage, egg and cheese burrito for breakfast and it was always filled so full that it looked like it would bust open. However in the last 4 times i went there in the last month, they have started to cut down on portions. The burritos from a few months ago were literally 200% bigger than what they give you now. Hopefully that will change soon because i really enjoyed going here seeing as it is on my way to work

Worst sonic in the world do not go here. First off you will wait 30 minutes just to order. Secondly you will wait almost an hour for your food. They blame it on the fact there busy but the Pinehurst location never has these problems busy or not. Ive been to this location a few times and it is like this every time I come here. I strongly dont recommend this location drive to Pinehurst its worth the drive.

I waited in the drive thru for five minutes while the workers were just playing around. Holding the door so another employee(who was actually working) couldnt go inside and actually do their job. So I drove up to the window and asked for a strawberry limeade. They gave me a cherry one instead. I cant say the establishment is a bad place. The drink was good. Just not the service.

There is now a sign on the drive through stating that the drive through is not a priority, and all other customers will be taken care of prior to the drive through customers. Due to this, the drive through had a very slow moving line of more than 12 vehicles, and there was no place to park.

Horrible experience !!! Basically sat at the drive thru for 10 min thought it might be broken so I moved to drive in spot and sat there for another 15!!! I dont care how busy you are... Thats just ridiculous !!! Added note place closes at 10 not 12. Come on fix your business online!

Went through drive thru for fast service. Ended up taking longer then if we would have parked. Was asked if we ordered something completely different from what we ordered. Was a bit disappointed with the time it took to get an order of chicken and a tea.

The service has been terrible, even before the new management. My orders have been wrong, the waiting times are 20mins or higher, the fry cups are barely filled. Was once a nice sonic, wont even bother coming back to this one anymore.

They brought me a cold hamburger. I sent it back and asked them to microwave it. They bright it back even colder! So gross. Inedible. I threw it away along with the money I spent there. Stay away.

15 minutes for a single drink sitting in the stalls. 20 minutes in line with 3 cars ahead of me. Horrible slow service and frequently get orders wrong. Worst sonic i have ever been to.

Very seldom order food but we always get our drinks here. They are quick for the most part and get the orders right. I forget that they do have a walk up and outdoor dining area.
