We have been considerably spoiled here! We had a small cup of the ganache chocolate to sip on right upon arrival, and that was a perfect way to establish the setting. The fondue tray was good but just exactly what you would expect. It had sliced bananas, strawberries, pineapple, and green apple. Next came the tray with four of some kind of soft-Rice-Krispie-cross-cake with chocolate and ice cream on top, and of course a cherry on top of that, with a small bowl of ice cream (with a partial chocolate shell) and one of sliced strawberries. This plate was the most beautiful thing of the night, but it didnt seem to harmonize to me. Lastly, there was a plate with four truffles: double chocolate, lemon, white chocolate amaretto, and one other that I do not recall right now. The flavor was good on all, but the texture was more dense and dry than the creaminess I was expecting from the name "truffle" -- I am definitely no chocolate connoisseur or expert, though. (I just eat a lot of it.) Overall this was a solid four stars, but the great service and [especially the] liquid ganache for sipping topped it up to a five.

I enjoyed this place very much with my older sister yesterday. The staff made mild mistakes in the ordering, which would normally bother me; but didnt since it was still chocolate, and the staff was young, I didnt really mind. The right order of the strawberry crepes( NOT a chocolate covered strawberry! ) I ordered after were extremely sweet, so dont consider ordering that. The wrong order of the chocolate covered strawberry was actually better. The hot chocolate was very cute, hot, and average. The cup was also very unique. The salted caramel cheesecake was good, but not too good, as it was slightly better than the regular store bought cheesecake. The place was tidy, well-kept, and very miniature. There was complementary water, and a nice restroom. Would definitely come again for the chocolate strawberries.

What a wonderful cozy place! There were 10 of us total, the space was a little smaller than I expected, but we had enough room to eat, talk and enjoy ourselves. The staff was very friendly, very attentive and worked hard to get our orders correct even tho there were 10 of us and other customers. I liked the selection of desserts, whether you want hot chocolate, frozen chocolate or a variety of delectables to choose from, its there! I had the mint cocoa in a cuddle cup, it was divine! They have almond and soy milk, which was nice if you want another alternative to dairy! I also had the Chocolate banana marshmallow pizza, it was melt in your mouth delicious! Great for a girls night, date night or just to take a dessert to go!

We decided to try this place since I LOVE chocolate and what better place to try than a chocolate lounge! First off, the dark chocolate mocha is delicious! My husband initially had their sundae and it was also very good! He then had the cookie shake and it is amazing! It never lasts more than 5 minutes in his glass and is what he gets now every time we go there. Weve had their chocolates which are super smooth, melt in your mouth - delicious. The atmosphere is very relaxing and chill. The cashier is very nice and is always happy to help with any questions as they have a lot of options on their menu. They also offer free wifi. I loved this place and look forward to going back every weekend.

This place is a chocolate lovers dream! When you walk in, its like a wave of chocolate air embraces you. The customer service is amazing! They make you feel like youre a VIP! They have a lot of menu items to choose from. Its a bit pricey but its totally worth it!! The only thing I personally wasnt comfortable with was that the place was a bit small. The tables were all a bit too close to each other. A group of about 10 came in and they werent too too loud but I could hear their conversations and I wasnt able to clearly hear my boyfriend when he would talk to me. This was my first time here but I will definitely be back :) PS. I came on a Sunday evening.

I had marshmallow hot chocolate. It was almost $6.00 and tasted like it came out of a packet. It had dry mini marshmallows on top. It was below average and not the quality I would expect from a chocolate lounge. I expected a nice thick rich cup with a fresh marshmallow or two on top. The place was also complete and utter chaos. It took 30 minutes to get a cup of hot chocolate because they forgot about it. No one seemed to know their job. Workers looked lost and like they had no idea of who was supposed to do what. I had high hopes.

Im coming here for a while now and I love this place! The chocolates are expensive but you can taste the difference in quality. The place is well decorate with a great atmosphere and the crew is always helpful and friendly. They have a lunch menu that is very affordable and always fresh and tasty. The verity in the menu is fair, from coffee drinks to ice cream, shakes and sandwiches. A nice refreshment from the big chain Starbucks and if the prices were more reasonable they will see me more often!

My family and I got hot chocolates: dark, marshmallow, hazelnut, and chili. Dont go here for hot chocolate; save your money and buy a box of Swiss Miss, because itll taste better. I could deal with spending $30 for four hot chocolates if it at least tasted good, but all four tasted the same - which is, like almost nothing. I MIGHT, in a few months, come back to try something else, or see if maybe it was the person making them did poorly. I dont have high hopes, though.

Maybe I had high expectations because of the previous reviews, but the food was mediocre at best. The setting was nice, the coffee was good. We tried the molten cake and got a banana marshmallow pizza to take home. Both were about the same quality of what youd get from a Brinker restaurant (like Chilis etc).

This chocolate lounge is Great!!.. nice and cozy place to relax while enjoy nice ans delicious chocolate!! I tried flavored troffies, Cashew, Almond, Coca Cream, and coffee flavor along with green tea. ENJOYED IT!! Great service..will definitely come back!! Very clean place!!. Thanks!!

First visit there yesterday, sadly it didnt live up to the hype. We werent greeted when entering and paid $8 for a milkshake (about 4oz.- the rest was whipped cream) that was just so-so. Im so disappointed. Maybe Ill give them 1 more try and order something different.

They really dont need to be around, Their chocolate is mediocre and their service is even worse. The girl with the short hair is very rude and needs to find a job where good customer service isnt a requirement. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE EVER AGAIN.

Was just told 40 minutes for a $12 milkshake to go. The food is meh but next to one of my favorite restaurants so Ive stopped by a couple times for desert. Dont go out of your way but fills sweet tooth if youre already in the area and parked.
