NOTE (for busy days (e.g. sunny days, weeknights)): Most likely youll be waiting 45min - an hour to order your icecream (unless its raining outside). We checked it out at 9pm and the line was about an hour wait, so we decided to come by at 11pm, which (surprise surprise) was an hour+ wait. NOTE TO THE OWNER: I recommend that you work out the kinks in the process for the ice cream creation. There must be something that you can do to speed up the process. Im sure you dont want people to wait an hour for icecream. Not only did you lose some customers because of the wait, we saw that someone actually paid someone $20 to get their spot in line. Lol. First time seeing that. --- Review for a Sunday night (@11) Saw that a Thai styled Icecream shop was near our Airbnb, so we took the risk and came here on our last night in Dallas. We actually started to wait at 11pm; people drinking at bars, loud music blasting and the homeless roaming around asking for cash. It was an interesting wait. The first thing you see will be a tiny shop (I really do mean tiny), that has about barely 20 people cramped into it. To get to the line, you turn left from the shop and BAM, a line of about 30 people. We stood there for awhile and every 30minutes or so, the cashier would come out and give status updates; "Were out of this.....". When we got to the shop, we waited another 7minutes to order. Once we got to the counter, the cashier apologized many times on the wait and how they ran out on ingredients. Thoughts? meh. Ordered the Nutella Banana icecream and watched the ice cream makers strut their stuff. Took maybe 3-5minutes per person. After a few minutes, we finally got our icecream. It was good, but a bit light on the flavor (maybe cause the banana wasnt ripe enough). Worth the wait? Lol no. Ice cream was good? Yeah, but not so amazing that you wait an hour. Go during a time that no one would want to go. Good for a pic? Yeah. Great customer service? The cashier, Jacob, was very polite and empathetic. I felt bad for him that he had to keep apologizing.

My entire experience from start to finish was horrible. Upon entering the place was packed, it was small, with loud rap music blasting in the background with horrible bass to where you couldnt even hear the cashier once you reached the front. The staff itself was also very unproductive and unprofessional to say the least. They were all young teenagers who seemed to enjoy gossiping more than working. The whole time we were there, only 2 out of the 6 employees were making ice cream. Mind you, the place was packed. Once we finally received our ice cream we made our way to the car, to only find a huge piece of black hair rolled into my husbands ice cream. I proceeded to go back and speak with a manager. Well, the manager turned out to be one of the non productive, gossiping girls. She proceeded to me and said yeah? No Hello, how may I help you? Just a yeah? I told her I wanted my money back and that there was a hair in the ice cream, she said let me make you another one. Um no, I want my money, I dont wanna wait another hour. She took my card and said she gave me a refund, I asked for a receipt she said their receipt machine isnt working. I made sure to get her name, GABBY. I hate leaving bad reviews especially since I worked in the food industry as a teenager and in my early 20s, but these kids need someone to supervise them. Someone to teach then how to communicate with customers who pay $7 for an ice cream. The whole experience just rubbed me the wrong way. Cool concept, ice cream was ok.. But wont be returning.

The workers are really nice and "into" what they do. They write your name with the toppings on the ice cream while they make it, and the presentation is really actually well done. But that is the only thing that was quality, at least in our visit. The place had a lot of building problems--no seating, no ac. The ice cream was mediocre at best and the toppings and ingredients like peanut butter were the CHEAP cheap stuff. I couldnt finish my "peanut butter jealous" because it is the type of peanut butter that leaves a nasty aftertaste after the initial goodness. My wifes fudge brownie ice cream was likewise pretty low quality--ok in taste but definitely cheap--and the brownie at the bottom? The cheap little Debbie brownies that come 10 in a $1 box. They only give you HALF of one. Abysmal. Do not give them your business unless seeing ice cream being made on an ice slab is REALLY appealing to you. If quality ice cream is important, give it a HARD pass.

The ice cream was delicious and it was fun to watch them do their thing. I would like to see more options or make your own combo on the menu, but what they offer is done well. It is one cup size only for $7, choose your flavor combo and additional toppings. Went on a Sun and had to wait for over an hour in line. There were 2 large parties in front of us so that added to the wait time and one of those had other people showing up during the wait which was aggravating. The place is tiny and cramped inside with some seating outside in a breezeway. I do not feel like the layout is ideal, but you have to work with the space given. I would not recommend this place if you have a nut allergy. They have a peanut butter option and I see no way for them to completely clean the sub-zero frozen surfaces in between orders. Just fyi.

The ice cream was great but they need a menu redesign (flavors of ice cream, then toppings available, then the in-store combos). The options were unclear. The protocol was unclear. The girl that took my order was quiet and unclear. She didnt seem to know what she was doing. Of five staff members and multiple freezer tables, they only used one of them at a time, so three ice creams took ages to be done. One ponytail guy was great, though (a whole extra star for him), and the ice cream was tasty. I hope they take care of the staffing issue and train up so that they can grow.

After nearly a 45 minute wait and realizing they make all of their flavored ice creams on all their cold tables they were not able to accommodate me and my allergy. All they do between flavors is scrape the surface semi clean with their semi clean scrapers and continue to cross contaminate everything. At least my husband got to try the mediocre ice cream. Its all about fanatics at this place. If you want the photo op and to wait in line for an eternity this is a place for you.
