I am seriously dumb founded at the condition of this ice cream shop. We took our kids in for a very rare ice cream treat and the place was disgusting! Everywhere you looked it was covered in ice cream spills and finger prints. The bathrooms made me was to run and flee! You could see pee splattered all over the floor by the toilet and there was mold growing in the bowl. The sink had soap containers that had run out so instead of refilling they added water. And to top it off, there was no paper towels at all. It was so gross. Now lets chat about the OUTRAGEOUS prices. I asked the lady working there to give all of my kids a kids size cup, she looked right at me when I said kids size! she also refused to clean the marble slab because my daughter has a gluten sensitivity, then she went ahead and put her ice cream on the uncleared slab after I asked her not to. Apparently, she got my son and my daughter confused (??? Pink shirt long hair vs blue shirt short hair ???). Then when I went to pay she confirmed all of our regular sizes, no I specifically said kids size!! She argued about it so I gave up and just paid but I can guarantee we will never, ever go back! She was rude, argumentative and the place was filthy! I worked at an ice cream shop growing up, I know how things are supposed to look. And even if I didnt... if you bathroom looks that nasty then Im terrified to know what the back looks like. I would encourage you to spend your money elsewhere!

I went to get my favorite ice cream with my son. I told the girl that was helping me I wanted a large cup with just cheesecake ice cream. She says really? No toppings? Thats awkward! The place is packed and shes looking at me like Im an alien or something.... I said yes I like my cheesecake ice cream with no toppings is there a problem? Shes like its weird, no one asks for plain ice cream... I was like seriously!!!! Thats the way I like it... The other girl looked at me like oh no I understand... I dont like nothing mix with my cheesecake I understand!!! I said exactly! I think it was really rude to question the way I like my ice cream! Just ice cream no toppings period! Really rude and immature...

Stopped by for ice cream on my lunch break and stood there for 20 minutes before being acknowledged. The two ladies working were terribly slow and unaware. Additionally, the two ladies had no idea of what each item offered contained. AND neither washed their hands after touching non food items like books, phones, etc. We ended up walking out after multiple chances were given to the staff to provide good customer service. We will never visit a marble slab at any location after this experience.

The flavors were too sweet... Like the batch was caked with a tub of sugar. Also the ice cream was half melted when served and the cold top that was used to mix the ice cream scoops and toppings was not clean. I ordered an Amaretto and Black Walnut mix ice cream (which were cream and tan colored respectively) and received a half-melted sludge with a smidge of blue.

(Now part of the cookie shop.) Not horrible, but the quality of the sundae I purchased simply didnt reflect the price I paid for it. Brownie was very dry and small. Hot fudge wasnt hot. Way too much whip. Wouldve been happier if it was a bit less $.

Bought a Groupon and decided to try it. I usually visit Coldstone, but this is closer. I loved the cookies and cream waffle cup. Its a cozy place, wish they had outdoor seating. Ice cream was good and they had a good selection of toppings.

Place is dirty, worker was extremely rude, had phone out on top of a plate, and chose the juice she wanted to put on my smoothie without asking. Pricey for what they offer.

Yes it is there and open. Look for the sign called great American cookies and next to that sign is an ice cream cone that says marble slab. The staff was very friendly.

The hispanic lady there was not friendly at all and very rude..acted like she was doing me a favor by serving me ice cream. 10 bucks for 2 ice cream cups.

Very dirty, when it is busy employees hardly acknowledge you, very expensive for very mediocre ice cream, save your time with this joint, try cold stone.
