5 star all the way!I have been dealing with Gabriyel at Jewelry by Marcus for about 2 years now and I cant begin to tell you what a pleasure it always is doing business with such a trusted gold buyer. I live in Michigan and put some gold on ebay because the gold buyers in my area dont pay you much for gold.(Oh of course they tell you they are the highest payers in my town) Well Gaberriel was the bidder and he paid alotof money for the gold I had listed. After he paid for the gold he told me about his services for buying gold from me in the future. Well the rest is history. I have had many, many dealings with Jewelry by Marcus and have been so pleased with the high dollar they have always pd me for my gold.They pay me several dollars more per gram then I could ever get around here. Its so easy to work with Jewelry by Marcus. All I do is email Gabriyel and let him know how much gold I have. He gives me a price and I mail it to him. The second he receives the package he emails me and mails out the check that day. I will never do business with any other gold buyer. I just love dealing with this highly trusted gold buyer. I have never met Gabriyel at Jewelry by Marcus in person but can assure anyone that he is the most trusted business owner out their. Jewelry by Marcus will be blessed always for there pure honesty. The man was pushy, disinterested, and rude. I left my girlfriends favorite necklace with them to reset the crystal in it, and stressed the point ot him that it HAS to be perfectly straight, otherwise I would have just done it myself. I come back the next day, and the crystal is in place, wonderfully crooked. Upon bringing this up to the man, he starts to say that it was like that, so it must have always been like that. upon which i provide a picture my girlfriend took the day she got it, in which the necklace is clearly straight. He then had the gall to say that she must have done something to it since then. Will never use them again, and i highly recommend nobody else does either. Theyre not real jewelers, they have no love or understanding of the craft. theyre just a cash and carry scam business more concerned with gold and a quick buck.

These guys are crooks. I did not know until they had my deposit that 33 civil complaints have been filed against the business and one of the owners was arrested for illegal practices in buying gold. It is public record. Needless to say they would not give me my money back. They claim they are members of BBB but they are not! The entire situation was stressful. I finally got a low guality H color diamond. They did not give me the GIA certification at time of sale. Said they had to get. After 2weeks I really got upset. Then Marcus said the certificate got thrown in the trash!!! And now he wanted the diamond back to get another certificate. Do not deal with these middle eastern scam artists, you will be sorry!!!!!!!!

If you appreciate professionalism, trustworthiness, and integrity, then do not do business here. The entire process of dealing with them is a strain. Ive lived in the Middle East and I feel like I was right back there, where haggling and game playing is how shop owners conduct themselves, rather than common American business practices. I am surprised at the positive reviews of this business, which are falsified by friends of the owners.

He seems to get good ratings for buying gold. I went in to look at engagement rings and he did not have anything in stock I was looking for; was very pushy calling me buddy and when I said I wasnt interested he kept trying to force one ring I wasnt interested in on me saying he would give a better deal. He literally chased me to my car shouting that he would give me a better deal (on the ring I made it clear I didnt want).

My husband and I purchased my engagement ring from Gabriel. Gabriel was very kind and explained exactly what we were purchasing. The only thing is mg ring keeps losing small stones on the sides of my ring. That being said, everytime I have brought it back, Gabriel would replace it for free. Great customer service and excellent quality!

Came in to get a watch battery replaced. My normal go-to location was closed so I just searched for a nearby spot. It was my first time at Jewelry by Marcus and they were great! Very nice and promt. Replaced the watch battery within 5 minutes and only charged $5. I will be back for future watch battery replacements.
