Royal Auto Sales of Auburn sold me a car as-is and told me it was completely stock and that all parts were in perfect working condition. They also told me they do an inspection on all of their cars to be sure they are fully functional. I took the car on a drive, everything seemed fine. I bought it and was driving it fine for a month until I noticed an oil leak. I then took it into the Auburn Subaru dealership and after a couple weeks of work on the car, they discovered that my engine in fact was not all stock and that all of my engine parts were not in perfect working condition. Long story short, I now have to pay ~ $3,000 to get a new engine after paying Royal Auto Sales $10,400 for what I thought was a working car. When I called Royal Auto Sales to try and work out something, I was told "Its my problem now, not theirs" I have also found out that I am not the only person Royal Auto Sales has done this to. So I am writing this review to bring as much awareness as possible to NEVER buy a car from Royal Auto Sales. I have already submitted a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau and written Get Jesse of King5 news. Invite everyone you know so that nobody ever has to deal with what I am currently dealing with.

I purchased a vehicle from Royal Auto Sales and could not be happier. If you are looking for a work van this is the place to go. I bought a Chevy Express Cargo Van because it is perfect for the construction trade that I am in. I found the van that I wanted at Royal Auto and it was priced better than any other dealer around. The van was clean, drove great and was really good condition. I needed a roof rack for it and was able to purchase that with the deal. They must sell a lot of vans here because when I came back the 2nd time they had sold my first and second choices. The good news was that they had just got a fresh batch of vans in and I found the one I wanted in great shape and decent miles. The customer service that I received was good, they really wanted to work with me. The next time I need to purchase a vehicle I will be back and I am recommending Royal Auto to all my friends in the trades.

I ALSO WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THESE GUYS IN AUBURN EITHER!! Two months ago I bought a Chevy Silverado from from these guys and I was also told it was a very reliable truck for my commute everyday from Olympia to Fife. Within the first month I WAS ALREADY BROKE DOWN!! I called them up and they told me that they will "take care of it" $800 dollars later out of MYOWN POCKET for a used rerend that they recommended to me, here I am having rerend problems again not even 3 weeks later!! THESE GUYS ARE CONARTESTS. I hope everyone reads this and never goes to ROYAL AUTO SALES in auburn.

1.7 stars is to many if there were zero stars I would of put that there these guys are in a dump of a spot and wow priced for vans are insane
