Employees were rude and my two previous experiences left me very upset. There was a lady working there that implied I was lying about the price, and yelled at me in front of customers. I even called the manager and showed her what I paid, thank God for Internet I was able to access my credit card statement and showed the manager and her that she was wrong. Unfortunate and embarrasing to say the least. I did not return for many months until yesterday. I was so happy they have new employees who were friendly and courteous. Good job Sally executives!

People that work there are just plain rude. You ask for help and they either ignore you or disappear because it seems they are just too busy for the customer. Its only when you are looking at stuff for a long time and appear to be stealing or you are making a mess looking for something without their help that they acknowledge you and complain at the same time about how rude people are for not putting things back. Just plain rude and unprofessional; and loud too.

Employees have the worst customer service. Rude and not helpful at all. Unfortunately this particular store in the one that is closest to my home. I only use it when I am limited on time.
