Very rude and disrespectful, also you cannot return ANYTHING. Not even with the reciept. Exchanges only.... no one said that when you took my money. I tired to return after 30 mins of buying 200 hair because we went with another look. They didnt refund it and i had the reciept and only 3 hours after purchase.
