My wife called beforehand to make sure they had the product we needed and the lady was nice and said yes but when I got there to purchase it (which was half an hour before closing time) they had the door locked and the guy standing around pretended he couldnt see me. I waited for them to come out and it was STILL before closing time and I explained my wife had just called and I drove there as soon as we heard they had the product and he asked if I was paying cash he would let me purchase it, if not then no. I told him I didnt have cash and I pointed out that they closed at 10pm according to what they told me over the phone and what was on the door. His response "were gone by 10pm, we dont close at 10pm". Dont bother in giving them your business, the customer isnt to their interest and its no wonder they have to close up early because business isnt booming for them.

I went to this supply store to buy a Keratin. Half a second after I paid, I made the mistake and asked about the return policy to learn that they only give out merchandise credit. I was very upset as the "manager" told me there was nothing they could do. I paid 69.99 for the Keratin and 19.99 for the Clarifying Shampoo. I became even more enraged when I called the number on the Keratin to learn that its sold for $30.00 and the shampoo for $9.99. I get making a profit but this is RIDICULOUS! So either DONT GO TO THIS SUPPLY or if you are getting a product that like keratin, color, or another processing beauty item. Check the back, google it like I did and find out what the REAL cost is. I got the number from the product and I will be calling her directly to purchase moving forward. In addition to their prices being severely overpriced they are very rude!

Just wanted to say thank you for having the supplies we need. Youre the closest beauty supply store to our Miramar West home and I am so thankful that you are there. Your staff is always friendly and helpful. Thank you. I am thankful that you give me an option to purchase the Iaso Tea from your store. I am so glad beauty supply stores are now selling this tea. Thank you. Its delicious and it helps my stomach stay flat. People are always believing I am in the gym and eating healthy. I wish...but its all the tea. LOL. Im just giving 5 stars so everybody can see my comment, this place is terrible and the owner its an idiot, they sold me a Babyliss Nano Titanium that doesnt work and I tried to change it and the owner didnt change it or returned my money. Im not buying anything else here. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE!!!

The store is okay. Hair extensions are expensive for small bundles, wigs are good, and the extensions not behind the desk last for a couple of weeks. Dont always have supplies restocked and the customer service is slow. But on the positive it does have good hair products for washing or styling.

This beauty supply store completely jacks their prices. You could order from Amazon, have $5 shipping, and itll still be cheaper than QBSS. They do have a wide variety of products, but their wigs suck. Also customer service is absolute sh**.
