I have been meaning to write this review for a while! I am so grateful to the staff at this store who afforded me a wonderful experience. I am one happy customer. To anyone who has mentioned that there is no supervision this is not true the manager Leticia is AMAZING!!! If you didnt see her it is prob because she was busy doing her job and the store is huge!!! That being said I came in at the end of a long work day in need of new hair. I had to leave for a trip the next morning and I didnt want to look a hot mess. I went to ask the manager for help to find me the perfect look. Dire times call for desperate measures. She was sooooo helpful. The store had just gotten a huge inventory and the back room was in the stages of being restocked. Leticia scaled a 15 foot high wall of boxes and rummaged around for over 30 min to find me two pieces that I loved. OMG I looked so fly!!! Not to mention that neither were on the floor yet she is just that GOOD! I then ended up getting make up and found a brow pencil I am obsessed with for 2 bucks by the KISS brand as well as the perfect gel nail nude color polish by the same brand. I came in to buy one thing and spent over 100$. Dystini and Anjane were also super kind helpful and professional! If you go to this store and you cant find Leticia I recommend looking for those girls. I will be back very soon.

I was so happy to have been blessed to speak with Kira at elegant Beauty she was so helpful she even called multiple Beauty elegant so I could get the mali braid hair by zury even after I called the stores in broward all with no success until I spoke with Kira she need to be a trainer to teach the rest of your company staff what true customer service really is about even after her store didnt have my color she told me her store had just recieved and order and to please call her in the AM per her request I did just that and she had located the hair and gave me the sore info because of Kira popplewells I will be shopping at Beauty elegant again not the Hallandale or miramar only Pembroke pines because of this young lady she is the voice of customer service thank you Kira

This store is unprofessional and unorganized.The manager Laticia with the red hair she always smell like cigarettes and got her kids in the store. She was helping a customer and had her baby crying trying to ignore the lil boy like get your son! It was ten times better when Danielle was there. They always got uno but dont ever have no damn sensual hair. Like what the hell is an uno? My home girl had that uno hair in and it was dryer than the wigs they got back in the wig section. Never shop here go to Diamond girl!

The customer service is ok here, I had a pleasant experience. They have a rewards perk system in place so sign up if they dont mention it to you. The quality and quantity of hair supply and products sold here are mehhhh, also just ok. Not that much of a huge selection to go by compared to other stores. FYI... Just because a store looks big on the outside doesnt mean you should judge it by its cover on whats on the inside. Thats all Im saying, take it or leave it.

There was no one there competent enough to help me. I asked 3 people. One guy was hiding in the wig section and couldnt help me cause he said he knows nothing about hair!..and you work here because??! The other little girl took forever to help one customer and didnt know how to multi task to assist me as well, and the other was just acting busy at the counter doing nothing and just didnt want to be bothered. No supervision and poor management!

Honestly the best beauty supply on the whole south Florida and good quality wigs that last long and best prices. Love the attention and the service. I go there once every 3 months they always have the latest styles. They have for white, Spanish and black all skin types of hair and colors to choose. Ill be there again very soon. Thank you guys!

Great selection and service, however, Im incredibly disappointed in management for having staff work while there is a Hurricane Warning in our area. Yes, Im greatful they were open but I would have understood if they were closed. At the very least, I would have hopped the owners would have been present to operate the store.

This place was amazing Maria who works with the wigs treated me like a human being she was so nice. When I was ny. Tried to find a wig , and was tteated horrible i felt so uncomfortable. this place treats you so well I felt very at home. Its so big had a blast highly suggest this beautiful store .

Absolutely horrible management!! Had an encounter with Leticia Arroyo who is not not pleasant, courteous, and feels VERY comfortable calling customers out of their name!! I I cant believe this company gives people like this the title manager.
