Sosweet Powell

The girls there are so unprofessional and have too much attitude. Its like they hate that you come in the store to shop. They never smile and greet u to feel comfortable buying your products there. I dont really know the reason they are working there because they are not really helpful. In my opinion they need training and the service can be better if the company go over the real requirements for the job before just hiring them. My experience was bad here and it never change every time I walked into this store. There is too much attitude in this store and I dont like that. The employees are so ghetto.. Need some improvement!!!

This is the closest beauty supply store I go to and the girls that work in the wig section needs to learn proper manners. I ask her what was the price of several items because there were no price on them , she rolled her eyes and smacked her lips , like I was bothering her. I wont be coming here again , I have been a customer for 10 years nd most of the time I ignore the rudeness but this time it was too much. I hope the mangers fix this problem because pretty yall will lose a lot more other customers. Will be calling corporate, that wast the most embarrassing moment ever.

This store has good products but bad staff REALLY BAD STAFF the cashier is the only person you could get to talk to those girls otherwise the store is gonna start losing business they need do something about that store and they need to do something about those girls they have really bad attitude and theyre REALLY GHETTO and they need to hire new people that will come to assist you

Staff is rude and unfriendly. They advertise one thing and when you get to the register its another price. I wont be coming back because everytime I go in there customer service sucks which is important when conducting business.
