These people would not let you exchange your item even if you have the receipt and manager wouldnt care. Their prices are more expensive then other supply stores. Management would watch you shopping from their camera to make sure youre not a thief (creepy I must say). Ive emailed management about my experience and disappointment and they didnt care enough to respond. Me nor my clients would shop at this store! EVER!! I only gave this a 1 star because the employees are ok.

I used to like going into this store because it was close to my house. However, the last two times, I felt uncomfortable because the manager/owner guy kept following me. It was only when I turned to look at him that he asked if I needed assistance. As a frequent shopper at beauty supply stores, I certainly had no problem driving an extra five minutes to spend my money elsewhere. Problem solved

Nice clean hair supply store. Open late which is a plus. You dont find often. But its strange that there are 3 girls in one section to help you, but only one actually offer and helps. The others just stands or walks back and forward as if they are waiting for the time to count down for them to go home. The store is stocked with great and multiple selections overall.

Buy a wig in that supposedly human hair shop is not it I have complained in the store and I have owner is a daring the seller told me that it could be dyed and it is not all wash hands the shop owner a daring ni He is interested in finding a solution to the customer or keeping them a hairstyle Asia the lousy customer is not recommending it to anyone

The customer service is so sweet and calm, they didnt have the colors I was looking for but I didnt feel rush, and I was happily able to find something else that I love. :) I drive twenty-five minutes to come here and I just always find myself coming back. Great atmosphere. Thank you

Im just over joyed that they stay open so late! Of course the prices would be higher to cover the overhead. They dont have what im looking for in particular but they always have alternatives. And they have a salon inside which is cool.

They stay open until midnight. This is a womans dream come true. Hair emergencies do happen after 9pm. Other beauty supple stores should get on board.
