Ok, so I wanted to give this company the Benoit of the doubt but I got no where. My cousin bought a car from here she had problems with the suspension and shocks the same day she got the car they fixed it no problem. Than a week later the car started over heating and leaking coolant 2009 green Pontiac G6 they wanted nothing to do with fixing those issues. So my credit is obviously not in the best shape thats why I choose this place, but you really get what you pay for. They dont give a damn about helping anybody. My car tourqe converter went out which is around a $900 project the Nissan dealer said the car should not have been sold like this after having it for a month. So I notified C.A. they said all they can do is rearrange my payment for the month to the end so you can get your car fixed. Its crazy because I could have left the dealership without giving up the down payment I signed the papers and she walked me out to the car and Im thinking who do I pay? Shes like o just come here every month and that should have been a red flag to go else where and find a car, I was so honest I told her you never asked for the down payment she was in shock and was very thankful but I probably shouldnt have had pushed the issue.

I should have done my research if I had I would have saw that they are rated F by the better business bureau. I came in and bought a car that the sales person Jose Vargas assured me would be finalized. While on vacation I got a call urging me to return they car because they let me drive off the lot without bank approval they are unprofessional low grade car salesman after all the stress and turmoil they put me through they refused to refund the fuel I put in the vehicle. I spoke to the manager lizet mantella and she insisted they dont refund gas although they let me drive around 7 days using the car its embarrassing that they put me through this I have to return to work using uber when they didnt do their due diligence and ensure everything was ok and finalized I dont suggest you go to cheap Auto wholesale they obviously skimp on training and professionalism dealing with them is a head ache they are probably a notch up from dealing with car hop. Just dont do it

Okay so i bought a car from them last year, last week they repossessed it saying we did not pay the note for October which we have proof we did. But im happy because we have the proof and we are suing them for the 6000 back plus the car stopped running in January so basically they will be taking a car that doesnt run and giving us all of our money. Analisa or anablle laughed at us as if we were wrong but they dont no we are suing them so hopefully lizet, nohemy, elsie, ana, yesnia and jose all lose thier job. I will not stop until they are gone

I just brought my car 2011 chevy equinox from their MacDonald location back in march i have had problems with it every since i had to force them to fix the air compressor because it was out i had to force them to fix my windshield and also the car needed a oil change the first day i got it i also had to replace the battery . the car completely went out on me yesterday 8/19/2017 due to engine problems i have had the car less than 6 months DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE PPL THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS

On the contrary of the other person, I am very happy I bought my cars from them. This is the 2nd time I buy from them. Both cars have been working great since I bought them. They gave me great deals on both! Ive been meaning to write this review for a while, but I hadnt had the chance until now.
