Purchased a Kia Soul in April. My first month of payment was May. Was unable to make an account online due to the error with my birthday on contract. Once I figured out error went to location on Sonoma Blvd. To ask for contract to be corrected so I can pay online. Now it is my second month payment due and contract has still not been corrected. This is a contract (legal documnent).Manager on the sales floor makes nothing but excuses and try to turn his incompetence on the customers. Let me add my friend referred me and because I purchased a vehicle she was to get free tank of gas. She went to get her car serviced today and asked about her free fill up. Sales manager & rep gave her a hard time holding up to their incentive for referring me. Get it together and take some time to train on what customer service is. Please

I had an accident totalling out Nissan Versa. I had no idea what type of car I wanted; I was across the street from Momentum Vallejo looking around. About 5mins later Tina came and asked what I was looking for. I was looking at the Optima LX the color and amenities were incredible for the MSRP. I test drove the car and by the time we returned I was told they were preparing it for me. Immaculate, no haggling with a GREAT car buying experience! I highly recommend them.
