Wade Auto Group gave me an extremely smooth and pleasurable car buying experience. This was my 3rd car I bought from the dealership and they never cease to amaze me. I called Nick to tell him I want to buy another car, he remembered me by name from my purchase over a year ago, he remembered my wifes name and was very friendly and genuine. He let my wife go down first and test drive the car we liked, and of course she loved the Jeep. He found out we are buying the Jeep for our new born and he got a car seat for us to test out how it would fit. He consistently went above and beyond during the whole process. I went down to the dealership after work and he let me go out on a test drive. He had the car ready to go with the dealer plate in it and all. After my test drive I wasnt sure on the numbers, he did not pressure me at all. He actually did the opposite and told me not to buy the car if it didnt fit my budget and presented me with other options. He let me drive the Jeep over the weekend to see if I could make the numbers work. The great part is he called the Credit Union on my behalf and negotiated a lower interest rate than what I was pre approved for! This made the payments much more manageable. When I told him I was buying the car he gave me all the advice I needed to maintain it, he had the paper work ready to go and even installed new cosmetic parts which I didnt even notice that were missing. He called and texted me days after the purchase to ensure I am happy with the Jeep. Wade Auto Group offers a very low pressure, friendly approach to car buying. They are the opposite of what the "stereotypical" car buying experience is. Last week my friend was buying a car from Mark Miller, and I went with him since I was buying a car as well. Mark Miller went back on their promises and kept us at the lot for over 3 hours. We even called before hand to tell them we were on our way to buy the car. We arrived and it wasnt ready, it was out with an employee, and after 3 hours of waiting they told us they couldnt sell us the car and we had to come back in 2 days (when it was a new month). Nick and Jeremy gave the opposite experience and I would highly recommend shopping at Wade Auto Group.

This is the 2nd vehicle my wife and I have purchased through Wade Auto Group and I can say for sure that it will absolutely not be the last. We had some interaction with 2 other dealerships when Nick Wade sold us our first car and we felt uncomfortable, pressured and just totally smothered by the other dealerships and sales people. We immediately felt appreciated and valued as customers by the Wade team and it was clear we were not working with a team of people who were focused on meeting our needs, not taking our money. With the Wade Auto Group you can expect to tell them what vehicle you want, what your budget is and theyll shoot you straight, get you in a car, not try to up sell you or pull a "fast one". They are obviously focused on building life long, brand loyal customers, and I am definitely now one of them. With 100% certainty, I will ONLY purchase vehicles from these guys. Bravo to the Wades!

Couldnt be happier with my car buying experience at Wade Auto Group! Every single associate was professional (had interaction with four employees in all), and seemed genuinely concerned about my satisfaction every step of the way. About 4yrs ago, we purchased a vehicle from a large Toyota dealership. And while we have been pleased with the vehicle itself, I was NOT happy about the back and forth with a finance mgr who was less than forthright about some of the other services we were upsold on. Wade Auto was "no-frills" and honest. I would have no hesitation recommending them to friends and family; perhaps the biggest compliment I could offer given the often-shared dissatisfied commentary on review boards and social media related to other car buying experiences. GO SEE THEM if you havent already and are in the market for a new car. You will not be disappointed!

I felt from the beginning that Wade Auto Group was only interested in finding me the right car for the right price. I had a certain kind of car in mind at the price range I was looking in, and these guys totally exceeded my expectations with a car that that blew me away. I was thinking 2006 Nissan Altima with cloth interior and some wear and tear. They found me a super clean 2006 Infiniti G45X with all-wheel drive, leather seats, a V6 engine, sunroof, keyless start, and navigation. I am totally stoked! If they dont have the perfect car for you on their lot, they will work hard to find you the one you need. We also bought a 2005 Toyota 4 Runner from Wade Auto Group 4 years ago and its still running great. In an industry that sometimes gets a bad rap, these guys know how to treat their customers and make the used car buying experience a simple process.

Nick and Austin worked tirelessly to ensure I found the right car for my needs. They went so far above and beyond a normal customer experience that I felt like family by the end of the purchase. They were honest in the prices of the vehicles, they showed me comparable car sales in the area, and they provided me with a carfax report without me having to ask for one! Its not a giant and showy dealership like many of the other places in the Salt Lake valley, but that means that they can focus on you and provide a quality experience. My wife and I were not very pleased while looking for a new car. Their website was nice and had their current inventory (as far as I could tell), however, the cars were not that great, both mechanically and price wise. We test drove one car while there. The first thing we noticed was the gas light was on. I know small dealerships cant waste money giving you free gas but I would expect it to at least have 1/4 tank so we can take it on a decent test drive and not get stranded! Also, the cars all had something wrong with them that needed repairs. Lastly, the salesman had to look on his phone on their website to see their inventory and pricing. I could have done that! My experience here was just like a typical used car dealership in a movie.

We were car shopping a couple months ago and test drove a vehicle at Wade Auto Group. Nick Wade helped us out and he was amazing. He was so straightforward and knowledgeable about the kind of vehicle we were shopping for that we left the dealership a lot smarter than when we arrived. We ended up purchasing a vehicle somewhere else only because it was a better fit for our little family. Nick even encouraged us to do what was best for us and did a little research about another vehicle we were looking at. He truly helped us make the best decision. We really appreciated his approach to the car buying and selling process. We will surely return to this dealership the next time we are shopping for a vehicle.
