We purchased a new Grand Cherokee Summit 2014 and have had nothing but problems with it. Weve taken it back to Texan Dodge in Humble, TX many times. Left it with service for electrical problems (told they were having to replace navi/radio with NEW one) later found out by our persistent asking, that its a rebuilt radio system, August 8, 2017 and told wed get it back later in week, now its August 19th., and have been told several times wed be getting it back to you in a few days. Were getting no service or followup from Texan Dodge in Humble. TX. We called the corporate office for Jeep (FCA) customer service four times and each time they say theyll call us back, and do not call. We paid a lot of money for that vehicle and are 100% dissatisfied with it, and hugely, the service. We knew we had a lemon, then class action suit came out. We received a letter from lawyers asking us to join in. Instead, we gave Texan Dodge in Humble TX one more chance to solve the problem. What did we get? VERY poor service and feedback. In fact, the service persons answer to me was, yes theyve had a lot of problems with that model, and I need to buy a new one. What! What I need is someone with authority to make a sound business decision on making this right, or I will take this further, to BBB, Yelp, FB, Twitter, everyone I know, and will drive my Jeep around with lemons and dealership on it.

Shocking service. My 2013 Hyndai Santa Fe received a factory recall notice for two things. 1 hood latch, 2 engine oil blockage due to factory debris. Took it in to Ken Garff Southtown morning of 14 Aug 2017, said they would even give a complementary oil change!. They called 1/2 hour later to say that we need to pay $48 for the hood latch and $60 in labor, and that the car needs a tire rotation, air filter etc etc etc amounting to $$$. Replied to the service center lady that we can do the tires, air filter etc ourselves, and that the hood latch is a factory recall item (and something to the effect that we did not have the specific latch installed, and that its a huge safety risk etc). I replied that if Hyundai said that the hood latch is defective, it should be replaced free of charge. The service center lady just put down the phone in my wifes ear. I have called KG twice to speak to the customer service advocate, so far.. crickets. If this is what Ken Garffs motto is "We hear you" then I think Ken has some undercover boss work to do. Shocking customer mis-treatment. Is this what happens when you have a monopoly?

Do NOT buy a used car here. Went to their used car lot in Sandy. I thought Ken Garff, thats a big name, I can trust their cars. I was going to look at a Toyota Scion tC. When I get there I ask the salesman if there are any problems with the car. He tells me "we keep our prices low by not inspecting the vehicles. We only check the vehicles for emissions". Seemed odd for a big dealership but I thought Id still look at the car. When we got to the car the sales manager said he had to go get something. When he came back he had a battery charger in his hands because the cars battery didnt work! So after jumping the car, I start it up, and every light imaginable on the dash is on. The check engine light is on, the ABS light is on, and the tire pressuring monitoring system is on! Then I start driving the car and it feels like its going to fail apart going down the road. I turn around, go back to the dealership, and leave. I told myself I would never go back to Ken Garff after that day. Absolutely horrendous experience. Ken Garff should be ashamed of himself trying to sell people a POS like that.

Total Integrity sums it up for Dave Strong, Used Car Manager. My daughter was shopping on a budget for an affordable used automobile that she planned to drive from Salt Lake to North Carolina. During discovery they learned of her plan and would not move forward with completing the sale without having the car thoroughly inspected by their mechanics and deemed road-worthy and safe to make that long trip. The car needed approximately 1200.00 in maintenance, mainly in braking and suspension. The point is: They could have completed the sale within her initial budget, but did not because her personal security for that drive was considered the higher-calling ... I am Eternally Grateful. I admire the fact that in this Company doing the right thing is considered important to Management; and moreover, the sales process... Thank you Mr. Strong for being a man of integrity. Ken

Bought my truck at Ken garf Nissan. Took it to their service center for an oil change and a tire rotation. Drove out of the parking lot and my tire fell off in the middle of riverdale road during rush hour traffic. Thankful no one was killed by this. The general manager was not nice or apologetic and told me to get a lawyer. Had to take off time from work to deal with all the trouble and the depreciation of my truck due to it being wrecked now. Terrible customer service and not only did they take my lug nuts but also stole the valve stem caps that were specialty aviation caps. Also, after telling people of this horrific experience there are many accounts of dishonesty and theft.

The service center by 3500 S and 4400 W, took my money. I took my 2 month old car in for check engine light. They told me that the diagnosis would b covered if it was a warranty problem, but if not it would b $112. What they failed to tell me I have a 1 yr Chevy warranty and I have to go to them. One would think they would know what kind of warranty is on the cars they sell! They led me to believe they could fix my car, never told me I might have to take it somewhere else, then took my money only to send my off with a broken car!shout out to Ken Graff Chevy in American Fork! They were awesome! They offered to come pick up my car and fix it! I give them 5 stars!

HORRIBLE! I live out of state and had made an appointment to pick this car up in 2 DAYS! and they sold it, and then didnt even tell me that it sold! I only found out because I called them right after I sold MY CAR!!! And took less money on it than I should have because I needed the down payment for this weekend. They were going to let me drive 5 hours just to get there and realize that they already sold the car I wanted!!! NOW I HAVE NO CAR TO DRIVE!!!! The worst part is I would have given them money to hold the car for me but they didnt even give me the option!

I have bought two Volkswagens from Ken Garff. My first experience was acceptable however my recent purchase was terrible. I purchased a 2013 Passat TDI. I experienced a 2 second delay from depressing the accelerator and getting a response. They told me the new transmission was "learning", I assumed that was not true but gave them the benefit of the doubt. A thousand miles later it is the same. I asked the salesman to take a drive with me and he refused! I would never buy a vehicle from any Ken Garff dealer, they lie and their customer service is terrible.
