Either Ore is the best! My mom had always purchased all of her jewelry from them for years and had a beautiful custom ring back in the early 90s. When she recently passed away I wanted to do something special with the stone. They worked with me to make a semi-custom ring and it turned out beautifully. It made it special that the same jeweler that originally made the ring, Stacy, worked on the custom ring as well. The girls are all very friendly and helpful. Donna is wonderful to work with and I cant express how appreciative I am! Will always use Either Ore for any fine jewelry purchases!

Everyone here was so helpful. When it was time to pick my engagement ring I had no idea what I wanted or what to look for. They answered all my questions and told me things I should look for. All without making me feel like I didnt know what I was doing! They also presented us with several pricing options. Seriously they went ABOVE and BEYOND. I also didnt feel super pressured so when I picked my ring I had no regrets and I love it!! I would defiantly recommend this location to everyone!!

This jewelry shop is awesome. Recently got a ring fixed within two days. They have a jeweler on site and he is a great man to talk to. I would recommend this place over any jewelry store in the Hampton Roads area.
