for several years now, when ever I have had to find any jewelry, I always find myself here at Jared. the customer service is ALWAYS amazing. whether I am there for some Pandora charms, a watch or my most recent purchase, and engagement ring(she said yes) - they always treat me like family. I feel like they are just as excited to pick something out as I am. I actually forget they work there while they are helping me, it such a comfortable experience. they always take care of my family and I with refreshments. I have also had to send out a few items for repairs, but you know what - jewelry is worn on the outside, its expected that its going to get a little banged up and when you spend that much on something, you get the warranty(certainly on jewelry) - and I have never had any complaints with the process. I buy the warranty and never worry again, the worst part is only being without my item for a few days. I enjoy going to jared for the customer experience alone. I think I could literally go there to just hang out because everyone is so wonderful! thank you to everyone who works here. oh yeah - who doesnt know that when you buy a necklace, you are really buying the charm/pendant....they always come with a "starter" chain..... anyway, keep up the awesome jobs guys! I went to Jared!

I will NEVER buy another peice of jewelry from Jared. It is JUNK. My necklace broke I took it in for repair the repair was completely obvious. Put it on and that day it broke again. Took it in and was told the insurance I paid for didnt cover the necklace only the diamond cross. Ohhhhhhh ok, royal waste of money. Then they said they would give me a new chain unknown to me when I came to pick up they wanted the whole necklace......I only had chain. Finally got it switched out. Well this morning my necklace BROKE AGAIN. Biggest pile of junk. So know this when you buy necklace from them they come with "STARTER" Chains youll have buy another one for $300+ to make sure you dont lose your jewelry.

We purchased my engagement ring in the Jacksonville, FL location, but I love up here in HR. Without a single hiccup, I have been able to have my ring inspected, cleaned, polished, stone tightened all at this location. We love Jared so much that we are designing a wedding Shadow Band to go with my unique engagement ring. Kristy has been working with us and my indecisiveness for quite a few months to make sure my designing experience is 100%. I know beyond any shadow of a doubt that I will always love my pieces purchased at Jared and they will be taken care of for life.

By far the best experience Ive ever had at a jewelry store! So, as soon as I walked in, I was greeted. Then, I was offered some tea/coffee/water by the lovely Moe. Not only did she offer me a beverage, she offered to help me customize my fiancés wedding band. She was super sweet and even got the designer to help us out, who stopped his break just to help me!! Everyone was so great and helpful, and made me never want to go to another jewlreu store again! I highly recommend going here for any jewelry needs!!

In the past few years of inspection repairs on my overpriced ring, their jewelers have made a mess of my engagement ring set. They have managed to make it more and more asymmetrical and horrible each time they "fix"it. All the diamonds are crooked in the settings. They werent always bad, but they are now. Avoid this place. Over the years we have spent well over 10k on jewelry there. A huge mistake.

Funniest thing,went there 2 times for a broken prong on two different rings. Both times they wanted to re-do all the prongs in the setting, which would have cost hundreds of dollars. Went to Reeds and they were happy to repair the one prong and didnt lie to me and tell me that the entire ring needed to be"re-built". This happened twice with Jareds. Coincidental? NOT Will never go back!
