My engagement ring was not designed to go with a wedding bnd, but I really wanted one - but I also didnt want to spend thousands of dollars. The people at Van Cott listened as I described what I wanted, and worked with me to create a beautiful custom band for less than $500! The experience was so good, we returned to purchase his band and I had a pearl necklace restrung for the wedding. Everyone I interacted with at Van Cott was professional and personable. Plus its always great to work with a small, local business - without having to compromise on value or range of options! We will definitely be visiting them for any future jewelry needs!

Absolutely wonderful. My girlfriend and I went in just looking and we were blown away by the service. We had been customers before but never for something as serious as an engagement ring. We previously had purchased a 1/10 carat wedding band in rose gold, sized and engraved but found it didnt match the engagement ring we wanted. Scott helped us and let us exchanged our old band for one in yellow gold that matched the engagement ring. I love Van Cott and the people at the Townsquare location are especially friendly. Still miss Ron, from the old days, he was quite a character, but a lot of fun. The owners of VC make their own jewelry designs & carry designer brands too-- and often have a few estate pieces too. Love the variety and selection. The jeweler, who I think works both here and at the Oakdale Mall, is just a nice and honest and wonderful man. Has made countless repairs. They also restring pearls at a reasonable price.

Just bought the Rolex Ive been wanting for a very long time at Van Cott Jewelers in Vestal,ny. The folks there are absolutely top notch. Joseph was my salesman, and I couldnt have asked for a nicer person to deal with. Very patient and informative, and fit my watch to my wrist perfectly ! The whole staff were super friendly, and made me feel right at home dealing with them. I would highly recommend them, and would make the 1 1/2 hour drive to deal with them for any of my jewelry needs !!

Expert jeweler with superior customer service. They really went out of their way to find a matching wedding band and have it sized. It had intricate details and was not an easy task. Looked at several different jewelry stores but didnthe find anything I liked for my wifes birthday. I stopped at Van Cott in the Oakdale Mall. Thwy have outstanding service, are very friendly and knowledgeable. Wasnt quite sure what I wanted to get my wife for her birthday but was looking at several necklaces. During a routine ring inspection they noticed the prongs holding 6 diamonds had become worn down during daily use and was in danger of losing the 6. They gave us very reasonable quote and time frame of 5 days. They called early on the 4th day and got my wifes ring back on her finger. The ring looks fantastic and we would definitely recommend Van Cott Jewelers for all of your jewelry needs.

All the staff here at Van Cott is absolutely wonderful!! I will never go to any other jewler. The manager Kimberly is so sweet and down to earth. Its a nice store and you can find your one of a kind jewels there. The girl I met at the mall whose name is Katelyn is a very good sales. Terrific service and got her stuff to help you out! Great selection, not cheap but very trustworthy and I especially love the staff at the Townsquare Mall location-- but theyre all good. As far as Im concerned we are very lucky to have such a great jewelry store in town; closest thing to Tiffany & Co around. Excellent also for repairs.
