After looking at several pre-owned vehicles, including the Accord and Prius, my husband, Danny, and I were exhausted. We were very close to buying the Accord when Danny said we should try one last place....Kelly Nissan. Im so glad we did! Our sales representative, Mounir Bezzari was wonderful. He is definitely a "no pressure" guy. We decided to test drive the Sentra and fell in love with the car. We got a great trade in price for our 10 year old Impala and also saved $300 with an internet coupon. On top of that, they were having a sale so, we really made out great!! Kelly has their own mini registry so, they were able to get our registration and inspection sticker for us, eliminating the need for us to go to the registry. Everyone knows what a hassle that can be, especially when you have to take time off work. When we picked the car up, it was spotless with a full tank of gas. They buffed out a couple minor blemishes for us until the car looked showroom perfect. We couldnt be happier. In fact, my son called me and told me he needed a car. He asked for my help and advice in choosing one. I took him to see Mounir. Once again, we got fabulous treatment and service! My son loved my car so much, he ended up getting a Sentra for himself! Mounir took good care of him. When we picked up the car, he made sure we knew where everything was located. He helped set up the Bluetooth, and made sure we knew how to operate the key fob, the radio, lights, wipers.....anything you can think of. If youre thinking of test driving a Nissan, I highly recommend Kelly. Ask for Mounir! You will not be disappointed! Dont forget to ask them about financing rates. I went to my credit union and thought I did fabulous getting a 2.4% rate. Kelly gave my son a 1.89% Im jealous!!!

I have been dealing with a purchase of a leased vehicle through this dealership and my experience has been nothing but a complete headache. I purchased my leased vehicle back in May 2016 and I still have yet to receive the title to my car. After numerous attempts of trying to communicate with the finance team at the dealership (they never returned my phone calls) I went in to the dealership myself to see what was going on. They said that they have been trying to call me (never received any phone calls) and they need me to fill out paperwork. They told me to stop by at a specific time and when I did I waited for an hour. I had to get back to work so I needed to leave and told them Id be back later. When I returned later they said that they may not be able to register my car as the RMV was closing. What were you doing the entire week in preparation for my scheduled meeting with you? You had to wait to submit the paperwork to the RMV until I was physically sitting in the waiting room? Unacceptable. Now it has been almost 6 months now and I still dont have the title. The finance department is now saying that its my fault for not coming in sooner to fill out the paper work. No, this is the dealerships fault for not calling me to tell me I need to come fill out the paper work. I will not be going back to this dealership for anything. (keep in mind I have been going there for the past 4 years).

I recently leased a 2017 Nissan Rogue from Kelly Nissan of Beverly. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly, helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. My salesman, Eric, was incredible!!! He is patient, kind, funny, thorough and a pleasure to work with. He took the time to make sure that I was completely comfortable with my new car/purchase and at delivery he spent over an hour with me going over all the features to make sure that I knew how to use all the options in my car before I drove off the lot. The finance manager Ray went above and beyond for me. He carefully explained everything about leasing a car to me. He took the time to get me the best rate possible and made sure that I was 100% comfortable with my payments and my finance package before I ever signed the paperwork . Ray is kind, professional, funny and thorough. He makes purchasing a car stress free and completely enjoyable. My car buying experience at Kelly Nissan of Beverly was so enjoyable. I will continue to return to them for all my car buying needs. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this dealership! This is what buying a car should be like. I stopped in Nissan of Beverly today hoping I would find a New Vehicle. Juan welcomed me and my husband within a few minutes and I knew it was going to be a good day. He showed us around, we chatted a bit about what I was looking for in a Car. Within about a 30 minutes, I found exactly what I was looking for. Juan was kind, very attentive, congenial and one of the best Sales Consultants Ive ever worked with. We have had (5) Nissan Vehicles and each and everyone were reliable, fun to drive, but most of all safe!! Yes, safe! My husband and I were involved in an accident with our 2007 Murano a few years ago. The Car was totaled but we were fine. My husband had my 1996 Nissan Maxima and he was hit by a Drunk Diver at 9:00 in the morning, head on, he suffered injuries, some severe, but he survived. God Bless his Heart. He survived his accident, we survived together the other accident because Nissans are safe Vehicles in an accident. The Engine and other parts of the engine are made to "drop down " in a manner to not go into your chest body. Thank you Nissan for building your Vehicles with our safety in mind. We are happy we found another Nissan Murano to enjoy for years to come!! June Costello.

My KIA Sportage had been totaled by a woman from NH this past month.. while on a test drive at Danvers Chevy , my Uncle noticed a billboard with Kelly/Nissan on it! I was very familiar with the Kellys! My family grew up with them in Wenham and I, my sister and Mother had all purchased vehicles from the Beverly location before- so unsatified with Chevy - we headed over there right after my test drive! Upon entering the sales floor -we were greeted by a young car salesman named Ryan Hurst. He was very pleasant and not "pushy" and actually listened to what I was looking for! Long story, short- I ended up going on a test dive and fell in love with the 2017, Nissan Rouge-very close to fully loaded! I closed the deal with Ryan last Sunday and literally just p/u my SUV yesterday! Ryan took the time to go over all of its features with me- upon picking up my vehicle! His manger got the numbers as close to what I could afford , monthly-so I am very happy to say I am driving a beautiful new, white ,SUV-just in time for todays snow storm! Got through the snow with absolutely no problems! Thank you, again , Ryan & Kelly /Nissan of Beverly, MA- you made me excited to drive , again!
