Ive purchased quite a few cars over the years and this dealership is by far one of the worst. They seem to have pretty good reviews on here -- must be friends and families posting on their behalf. The first bad experience my family had here was when the finance guy mocked my fiancé when she called me to ask if we should purchase the extended warranty from them ... "what did you have to go call your daddy?" -- really man? Is that something we feel is an appropriate exchange with anyone -- but especially with an adult woman. When she declined the warranty the remainder of time sitting at the desk was very hostile and honestly juvenile. Nonetheless, our sales guy was pretty nice and we decided since we were in the market to purchase a truck wed give him a call. Seemed not to care very much and unwilling to move very much on the price of the truck even though there competitors (Port City Chrysler Dodge and Poulin Auto Country) and were significantly lower for the same truck. No worries... I understand business is business -- we purchased at Poulin and our payment was $60 lower per month and Poulins truck had a spray in bed liner and the tow package included -- yikes. Ahhhh but the icing on the cake was today when my fiancé called for a service appointment for her brand new Jeep (a little squeaky brake thing no big deal -- covered under the bumper to bumper) was told they didnt have an appointment for 3 weeks. She told them she wasnt thrilled that she would have to wait 3 weeks was curtly told by the person on the phone to "bring it in Monday" followed by him abruptly HANGING UP on her. Are you serious? anyone who knows my fiancé knows that shes a sweet, kind -- far more patient person than I -- and really doesnt deserve that kind of "service" from anyone -- especially from a business. Good luck Tri-City Dodge ... youve lost car buyers, service customers for life. And well be sure to let everyone know our opinion of your rude staff and high prices.

Best new car buying experience so far. I was in the market for a new Pacifica. From early on I realized its impossible to find the exact trim and options I wanted so I decided to order from factory. John McSharry, the sales guy that helped me, was very knowledgeable about the option list and factory rebates, unlike some unbelievably incompetent sales people at other Chrysler dealerships. John helped me secure a very good price with minimal efforts from my end and found all the applicable factory rebates. After the van arrived at the dealership, taking delivery was a breeze. I applied for Chrysler 0% finance online which just took me 10 minutes filling out the application on the dealership website. John emailed me the next day telling me the credit was approved and set up a time for me to go in and take delivery. When I arrived at the dealership I didnt need to wait in line for the finance manager at all. It took me less than 30 minutes to process everything with him. There was a little hiccup with one of the factory rebates which was quickly corrected. He, being a finance manager, of course tried to sell me some extended warranty and service contracts. But as soon as I said no he didt try to push sale anything on me, which is rare, in a good way. After that, John showed me around the car and made the new car training very brief per my request. He didnt waste any of my time and trusted I would give him a good rating at the factory survey which I will. Overall its my best new car buying experience so far. Update: noticed they put their dealer stickers on my custom ordered cars liftgate without asking me. Shows their disrespect for customers property and choic.

I went to Tri City doing research to trade in my car for something better for the NH winters, so I expected A certain amount of pressure walking in the door because of the fact I was only researching. They appraised my trade right where all my resources had placed its value, and I asked them to run numbers on a new vehicle. Dennis was Awesome! Not one did I feel like I was being pressured into a car or that he was just trying to get a sale. He accessed my needs and told me everything I needed to know about the Vehicle I was looking at. I left that day feeling more confident with my decision to purchase a Chrysler 200c. With the experience I had with John R. through email and Dennis L. in the showroom,I went back to the dealership the next day to put a deposit on the car. Long story short I highly recommend Tri City because these folks TRULY care and they want you driving off the lot in the best car for you not the car that they can pocket more money on. I felt comfortable the whole time through all putting a deposit, getting the payoff on my trade and financing my new car, I felt like I wasnt being pressured and I wasnt worried. I recommend Tri City to anyone who is looking a for a hassle free car buying experience and lasting relationships with these folks. they even call you to make sure you still like and are happy with your vehicle and any complaint regarding the vehicle is addressed quickly and with no hassle. Very Happy Customer! I am not only looking forward to buying my next vehicle from Tri City but also going in for all my maintenance there is no one better to trust your vehicle with than tri city!

Bought a new truck in 2014 No problem with sales. Service department sucks.went in with rust on bumper after only 22 months. Service manager Greg said nothing they could do as i was over the 360000 bumper 2 bumper warranty. Brought truck in for 2 issues at around 2 and a half years which neither were covered under warranty. Total cost around $$900. After getting truck back i had issues immediately. Went back and they told me i would have to wait 2 more days to even look at it. I crawled around under truck and found a vacuum line that they neglected to rehook after repair. I went in and spoke to the manager and basically got "oh". No "Im sorry" or any concern. Seemed that this was a everyday occurrence. I emailed my dislike of the repair only to recieve a call from Greg, the service manager. After a few minutes he told me they obviously could not satisfy me and recommended i get my truck repaired elsewhere. I informed him i had already came to that conclusion before i had ever called. I have since taken my business to port city dodge, Where they not only repaired the exhaust manifold under the power train warranty, but they also noticed the front right axel also needed replacing under warranty. They were very friendly and concerned that i was happy. Im glad i found a dealer with integrity and respect for there customers. I know where we will be purchasing our vehicles in the future.

If you dont mind constantly having to bring your vehicle back for things they promised they would fix before you purchased it, and then also be ok with them charging you when you bring it back then this is the place for you! Not only that, management are very unprofessional and have no concern about your safety and will talk through you and walk off on you if you try to talk to them about safety concerns. I honestly cant even believe an experience like this is possible and it is happening on a daily occurrence there. The fact that a business can be so unprofessional and just not care about the satisfaction of their customers blows my mind. I wish i had listened to all the bad reviews and everyone around me telling me their bad experiences and because i didnt listen, the same thing happened to me. I hope those of you that read the reviews before visiting take this and all the others and listen to them., save yourself from all the stress everyone else has gone through and the fact that you will have to pay them to fix things they fail to fix the first time. I will be going out of my way to ensure people DO NOT buy from this business. 0/10
