I am speaking for the service department here and I cant say enough good things about them. I brought my 2000 F350 in for maintenance and also to figure out why the heck the darn thing doesnt start in the winter. Id been told "Its just the way it is", "Nothing you can do about it, its a 7.3l they all do that.". Well I knew that wasnt true, the thing should start in the winter. I had brought it to 3 garages previously and they seemed to wave me off, did the minimum they had to do to get me out of their face. Ipswich Ford Service Department took my concerns and did work! They took all of my issues and figured out every single one of them, called me on the phone to update me on the progress, explain what was being done, what they had found and even gave me options to choose from when they were available. They even found some problems I wouldnt of seen until it was to late. I seriously cant say enough good things about this place. I know my truck wont ever see another mechanic but these guys.

Small garage. Great Service prices normal. They are very helpful and do quality work. Have been to other Ford dealers in the area and by far prefer Ipswich Ford over the others. They give a little extra. And that goes a long way with me.
