I just bought a used 2014 Kia Soul (!) with only 9500 miles on it from Key Auto in Somersworth and I couldnt be happier! I chose to buy my new car from Key Auto because I have gotten service on my old car there and everyone was so nice and honest. My car buying experience was exactly what I expected based on the service I have received at Key Auto’s repair facility. It was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had! Everyone I interacted with was fantastic, they are all so friendly and personable and most importantly, I did not receive any pressure at all to make a purchase (They do not work off of commission, which truly removes the typical “pushy” car buying experience). Key Auto also does not make you deal with the back and forth negotiation process, their prices are final and more importantly, very fair. Tim Novakowski was my Sales Consultant and I highly recommend working with him if you are interested in buying a car. He is truly committed to making the car buying experience enjoyable, and easy and he is very knowledgeable about different cars and the car buying process. Even days after buying my car, he has taken the time to follow up and make sure everything is going well! After choosing the car I wanted, David “The wizard” Hilson (My nickname for the Business Manager) quickly offered a fair trade in price for my old car, and he spent a lot of time trying to get me the financing rate that “I” wanted, which was tough to do, but he pulled it off! Everything about Key Auto has been nothing but a positive experience for me. I fully recommend going to Key Auto for both service and sales!

I was referred to Key Auto by my sister after she had purchased a vehicle from them. When I decided that it was time to purchase a vehicle I looked around at multiple places, but after going to Key I wouldnt purchase a vehicle from anyone else. I looked at, drove, and loved many of the vehicles they had. I had Wes Maynard helping me there, who I must say was the best car salesman I have ever encountered. He was the nicest man, helping me find the cars that were right for me within my budget. He sat with my mother and I through many test drives and gave me very helpful, (and truthful) advice. After finally deciding on a 2008 Ford Fusion (which I LOVE), it was time to deal with the final part. With being a first time buyer without much credit history, I expected to run into some problems but Marie Forbes handled everything perfectly. She did everything in her power to get me the car that I wanted - and thats exactly what I got. Key Auto made what should have been a complicated and prolonged process very easy and less stressful. When I finally got my car, they were just as excited for me as I was. They took pictures and really made it an amazing day for a first time buyer. I HIGHLY recommend that anyone, first time buyers or previous owners go to Key Auto. I go back in for routine maintenance and everything and pop in to say Hi to Wes and Marie. Amazing place and people. Thank you Key Auto!! :) P.S. They also sent my sister $100 check in the mail for a referral. They made her very happy as well!

Either the mechanics working here are extremely dumb, or they were trying to rip me off. I went to get my car inspected and they gave me a list of things wrong with my car. The only thing they were right about was the cracked CV boot. They claimed that I had a rotted strut tower. Now, I dont even have rust on my car, so it was a little odd that part of my frame would be rotted. I checked it out and it looked fine to me. I thought that maybe I was missing something so I got a second opinion. The shop I went to looked at everything and said that they werent even rusted, nevermind rotted! They also told me that I had an oil leak. The day before I got my car inspected I had changed my oil. I could not find my funnel, so in the process of putting new oil in I made a bit of a mess (I didnt think of cutting an old soda bottle until halfway done). Apparently they cant tell the difference between a leak and spilled oil. The last thing they said was wrong was that my exhaust was leaking. I had a good portion of my exhaust replaced and what wasnt bad enough to warrant replacement I welded. I know for a fact that I didnt have any leaks left anywhere. The guy told me I did because it was rattling. I guess they have never heard of a loose heat shield. Needless to say I wont be going here ever again. I am not the type of girl to be taken advantage of. I would strongly advise anyone who goes here to get a second opinion.

What an experience. For some, buying a car is as fast and easy as taking a shower in the morning. For me not so much. So many dealerships these days will promise to get you into a vehicle yes, but with absolutely no consideration or reverence for the qualities that the vehicle needs to posses. I went in to Key in Somersworth almost a month ago with little money to put down and lofty requests of the staff. I needed a family vehicle with a 3rd row seat, under 100,000 miles, low payment, low money down and NOT A MINI VAN...please...anything but a mini van. I had met the GM Marie Forbes and Sales Professional Dean Boggs almost a year prior at a restaurant that I used to work at, and we just kept in touch. Dean became a client of mine, and we developed a high level of professional trust. When it comes to Marie, we need more of her in the world today. Through the whole process, I could absolutely tell how hard she was working to get me what I needed. She was constantly on the ball with the finance company. Every time I had a concern, she was one step ahead of me. This all came to an end this morning when I drove my Toyota Highlander home. I couldnt be happier. If you need a vehicle, whether you believe youre in a good spot to buy or not, take my advice; pay Marie and Dean a visit. You will come as strangers and leave as family. Dean and Marie are officially invited to Thanksgiving at my house. #happynewcarday

Just about 3 months ago purchased my second car from Key Auto Center after having my previous car for the last 10 Years and finally was not going to fix it anymore, I filled out the online credit app and got a call later on that day. I knew what I wanted this time around for a car, when I arrived at the dealership was looking around to see what they had on the lot but also had done some homework before going over and meet Wes, after talking a little letting him know what I was looking for,went home and later that night Wes was calling me to tell me yes they had my car and the exact model I was looking for went down the next day looked my car over and took it for a test drive was perfect! After signing and picking up my Avenger form Key the next day the heater core of the car just stopped and I went back to the dealership spoke with Marie the Sales Manager and they ordered the part and installed when it came in and gave me a loaner until it was completed, also covered the entire cost of the repair. If you are looking for a Honest place and no pressure sales then Key Auto is the Place to go and if you are looking for a High Quality used Vehicle go and see Wes and Marie at Key Auto in Somersworth They are Super helpful and will go way above and beyond to take care of you the customer, as Marie always says the car is just a car the Customer they want for Life.
