I purchased a groupon for a friend to San Antonio Eyeworks. Initially, she had a disappointing experience, HOWEVER, when I talked to Shanice (the office manager) and Dr. Pezeshk about her experience they listened, apologized to me and said there must have been some kind of misunderstanding. Now here is where they get their 5 star rating. The same day, they each called my friend and apologized to her for anything they might have done to make her experience anything less than excellent. They asked her to come back into the office so that they could GIVE her a pair of free glasses. They refunded me the cost of our groupon for any inconvenience on my part. And to top it all off, they sent a personal card to my friend thanking her for giving them a second chance and letting her know she could come back anytime and they would be so glad to help her with any of her optical needs. Wow! I was completely blown away by their professionalism in the face of criticism and that they did everything they said they would do! Im thinking of switching from my current optometrist of 20 years to Dr. Pezeshk! Based on the customer service I received, I am inclined to think that my friend (she is from a different country/culture) must have misread the staff and perceived insult where there was none intended. I am very very pleased with the service and professionalism rendered. I would gladly recommend San Antonio Eyeworks to friends and family.

I had a great experience at SA Eyeworks with Dr. Pezeshk and highly recommend her to friends, family, and even anyone looking for the greatest Optometrist in SA. The office is so elegant and welcoming. The best part is that they have cute dogs hanging out at the office, too! They really make it feel like you are at home and not at an eye appointment. Danielle (the lady who works up front) is super friendly and charismatic. With the help of Dr. P, she helped me find some cool frames and I was out in less than an hour. Dr. P was very thorough during the exam and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased on how she took her time with me and even dilated my eyes to make sure there were no early signs of diseases. You can really tell that she knows what she is doing and will go above and beyond to ensure that your optical needs are met. I am actually looking forward to my next yearly eye exam. Their team is made up of really great people. Thank you San Antonio Eyeworks!

I was able to get in for an appointment really quickly. My phone conversation was wonderful (Im guess it was Danielle) and my experience was even better! Dr. Pezeshk was great, I was just in for a check up and to get new glasses (since I havent been to the eye Dr. in over 10 years!) The exam was quick but it was all I needed. She answered all my questions and gave me time to think about it, didnt feel pressured at all. The best part of this experience was choosing my glasses. I was the last appointment of the day and it was a little busy before I got there. As I was looking at frames, the receptionist/frame specialist/awesome person in general, Danielle, assured me she would get to me and spend all the time I needed with her. She was so helpful in giving me the feedback I needed in regards to shape, style, color of frames. She stayed late for me and I didnt feel pressured at all. Oh ya, and its just a super cute space! Love this place, I will stick with it!!

Dr. Pezeshk at San Antonio Eyeworks was hands down one of the most knowledge, personable, and kind doctors Ive ever met. From beginning to end, I had a sense of comfort and peace that my well being and eyes were going to be taken care of. Fantastic appointment, quick but thorough. I left confidently that my eyes were well taken care of. If everyone was like Dr. Pezeshk, wed achieve world peace one eye appointment at a time. The office is also very cute and spotless, great decor. It made feel like i was at high end boutique in the Tuileries District of Paris. Also Shanice was also an equally amazing part of my experience. She was very sweet and her mannerisms made it known she genuinely cared. Bonus points: Both Dr. Pezeshk and Shanice helped pick out some great looking frames for me! Its not often to meet truly genuine people!

I had the best experience at SA Eyeworks! My appointment went as scheduled and Dr Pezeshk was thorough yet brief with my eye exam. I came in wearing contacts and she had plenty of brand new cases and solution so I can remove my contacts before the exam. After the exam, her and the staff member (whose name is lost on me at the moment but she was wonderful!) took the time to help me pick out the perfect frames and work within my budget. Also a plus to any dog lovers! There were a couple little friendly pups who were there to interact with in the waiting area! Overall it was a fantastic experience and I would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Pezeshk was awesome. Very down to earth and kind. She was also very thorough and made sure that we had the right prescription. She had some concern about something going on with my optic nerve and referred me to get a special scan done. I like that she voiced her concern but reassured me and followed through to make sure things are okay. Great selection of frames as well! And she has two cute little pups hanging out in the waiting room, which made me feel at ease with her and being in her office. I dont particularly like having my eyes fiddled with, but this was an excellent experience!!!!

It was no surprise that I would end up at Dr. Pezeshks office since her credentials speak for themselves! What was surprising about my visit was the personal attention Dr. Pezeshk provided from beginning to end! Meaning that after completing a very comprehensive eye exam, Dr. Pezeshk took the time to help me select the frames that would best accommodate my needs and preference and then fitted my eyewear! I went here through a Groupon offer and made an appointment for a contact lens fitting, eye exam, purchasing contact lens, and eyeglasses. I was running very late for my appointment and Dr. Pezeshk and her staff were very accommodating for me. Dr. Pezeshk was incredibly informative and took a lot of time out for me. They gave me good deals even without insurance and really took the time to help me feel welcomed and informed about my eye health and purchases. I am very happy to have been introduced to them and I would continue to go to Dr. Pezeshks office for my general eye needs.

Wonderful experience! Glasses broke Saturday morning so I desperately searched for an optometrist on my insurance plan who was 1) open on Saturday and 2) could fit me in that day. I called at 9:30 and Dr. Pezeshk was able to see me at 1:00 pm. The office is gorgeous and the selection of frames is great. Dr. Pezeshk completed a thorough exam and expertly helped me select frames and went over lens options in detail to ensure my selections would be optimal for my needs--even suggesting that I did not need the most expensive options! I will refer everyone to Dr. P!
