Took son for eye exam...got new glasses but he insisted he sees better w/ old glasses he got at Valley hi , he went back to tell Dr. all he told my son was because his previous Dr. Prescribed a stronger lens nd that was bad for hes eye (ummmm,ok).... while there I heard a young lady going back to get different Frames (Not Lenses) Frames nd she was told she would have to pay $180. The young lady was surprised due to that she had no more than 3 months that she went there for her eye exam. The employee told her that its because they dont keep the information. So thats why they had to charge her again as if she was getting new glasses... Wow! 2 of our older eye Drs kept our info for over a year ..... Seems like they just want to scam people & or medicaid. Going back to Vall Hi Optical.

I have been coming to see Dr. Flores for years and i love it here! My husband comes here as well and also loves Dr. Flores, we have never had a problem with the staff, everything always goes smoothly and very timely and i always end up with a high quality product that im very satisfied with and Dr. Flores is very knowledgeable.

Texas State optical inside Ingram Park Mall knows nothing about customer service. At least one employee was rude and would not even take a look at my glasses but only pushed for me to buy new ones. My glasses could have been fixed but they chose not to fix them but rather show me a new pair of glasses.

They did not explain what they were doing. Felt very rushed and the eye test was still blurry. Charged me $129 for the visit. Did not know till after that the exam was supposed to include glasses/contacts. I left very disappointed and upset.
