I really enjoyed my experience with vision works!! 2 for 1 frames! The other person must of had a bad day- They are a busy store because of it being in the mall but I did not wait long for my eye exam and after, when waiting to get fitted, it did not take incredibly long and one of the associates (who does the fitting) made a point to make sure I got help before others who walked in (for items such as tightening their glasses). If you walk in at the same time as three other people you will have to wait but this isnt a fast food restaurant - this is an EYE CARE facility. Also I live in the middle of nowhere and their normal delivery method would not work for me to the associate I worked with, Jody, took them to the post office by hand to send my glasses to my PO Box It was great! Jody even called a few days after to make sure they got there. Heres the break down: PROS: Easy access to store in mall, Jody (associate) and the doctor were incredibly nice and easy to work with, good selection of frames, cheaper options for those of us without eye insurance coverage CONS: It can get a little busy (but they are as prompt as they can be), It is more expensive than I thought it might be (only reason 4 instead of 5 stars) because their ad is 2 for 1 frames but then you have to buy lenses and anti-glare,etc but still MUCH cheaper than other places, Store hard to find (it is INSIDE the mall not one of the outskirt stores),

I walked right in and Kristine took care of me right away. She was so kind, thorough, and helpful. The doctor was nice and knowledgable; bedside manner could have been better, but I understand hes a doctor that works in the mall. At any rate, I was able to get what I came for and was treated kindly throughout the entire experience. Visionworks has great deals (who can beat 2 for 1?) but the only problem is that they hook you in with that deal then....WHAM. They hit you with "upgrade" charges...like getting no glare lenses is an extra $80 PER PAIR. They also didnt have my prescription lenses in stock and had to order them. BOTTOM LINE: if you have never been to an eye doctor and suddenly need eye care, this is the place to go.

They suck! Horrible customer service. I asked them transfer my prescription to another store that opens earlier for my contacts. I then called the store to make sure they got the right prescription and they said yes. After going to the store, they told me that only my eyeglasses prescription was sent over. Horrible horrible customer service at the store in Westminster. Im going to another company. I dont recommend you going to Vision works.

Too bad you cant give negative stars! I took my daughter to get the 2 for $99 special. There were 3 girls working at the time with only 1 other customer in the store. The first one told my daughter she was too busy to help. The other two could only give dirty looks and refuse to assist us in finding frames. Dont waste your time or money at vision works!
