Being go to this office for year. I am glad that there new staff to help and that ate friendly. The original staff that was there when the office was at las palms mall were rude. Bit like I mentioned with the new staff. They are friendly and helpful. They were nice and help guide my 4 year old son thru his first eye exam. Especially when it came to picking out his glasses.

a lady was being rude when I asked her if it was possible if I can get my glasses fixed. She said "No, I cant fix them,." But in a very rude manner. Maybe if she just told me why they couldnt be fix I would understand. Also a man in the front, I asked him where do I place the paper work he just took it out my hand and through it on the desk

Staff rude, girl doing eye exam was texting the whole time we were in the room! I had been going there for years but it all went down since they changed staff. Sad how they treat patients when we are the reason they have jobs!!!
