I am very frustrated with the staff. Last year as well as this year they gave me a certain date my trial pair contacts would be in. When I called their response was oh they havent come in or the left side will be in on Monday and Friday the right side. Did you want to pick one up before the other one? So I called today and another staff lady answered and said it takes 4 weeks to come in, we will call you. I think the staff forgot to place order, until I called a week ago. The doctors are great but we will not return next year for sure. Terrible customer service. They need to get their stuff together.

This place is so awful I cannot believe the get any business at all. Glasses are supposed to take about 5 business days according to them. It has been over a month and i have called continually. Finally one rep told me that they didnt even order them yet and they said they would put it in that day. So I called back the next week to check the progress and guess what? They told me nobody ordered them. You have got to be kidding me!!! I still have no glasses and I dont know what to do as my insurance is being discontinued next month.

Horrible staff well I will say the manager has no customer service skills and is extremely rude! I ended up canceling my glasses order due to how she talk to me. When I questioned the billing she was rude and when I asked to speak with someone else she refused. I told her I would never return and her words were " good we do not need customers like you". Sad that this is the way they allow their manager to treat customers. I would give the no stars if possible.

Horrible service, the staff is so unfriendly. They take forever here, and to top it off they also give you the wrong information. Definitely going somewhere else.

This office seems to have a hard time returning phone calls, messages that were left on their office answering machine. What ever happened to customer service?
