I have been going here for a few years and it seems to have improved. I have also experienced the rude, unprofessional, immature staff in previous visits but my last visit two weeks ago seems like they have gotten a little better. The ladies at the desk arent rude but they definitely dont have customer service experience. I have ordered contacts in the past and had the same experience mentioned by another reviewer. They forgot to place my contact order, not once, but twice! Finally they shipped them to my house and I vowed never to go back. I decided to return this year and had a good experience overall. My only hesitation is that they said my glasses would be ready in a week and almost two weeks later, I havent been called about them. Ill call Monday and see what happens. Hopefully my order was placed since Ive already paid $170 out of pocket for them! It seems as though follow ups arent exactly their forte. For me, this place is conveniently located and the doctors are super nice but thats about all I can say.

Billed for services not rendered and awful, disrespectful front counter with laughing and talking to each other about another patient eho had just left, long wait. I left because of what I saw, how I was treated. Now I am being billed and turned into a collection agency. This is a horrible example of a group.

Would give a zero if I could. MCOA has extremely rude people at their front desk. The place is a total dump. The wait is super long - long enough to wait around to get an eye infection so that they can charge you extra. I highly recommend going elsewhere, as I am.
