Extremely satisfied. ****** I currently do not have my own Google account, but my son does. Therefore, I am using his account to write this review.************* My name is Jason S I bought my first motorcycle with East Coast Kawi back in 1994. I was just a 24 year old kid looking for a new toy. From my very first visit there, I was treated very well. It was very convenient when I lived in the area. Three years after my first purchase, I moved about an hour away from the area. However, I still managed to buy all my street bikes from this shop. This is a family owned business, and they treat their loyal customers like family. I have purchased 7 bikes from them (Ninja 600R, ZX-6E Ninja, RF900, ZX-11 Ninja, 2001 ZX6R Ninja, 2009 ZX6R Ninja, KLX250S) Not to mention that I got my family to buy 3 bikes from them two weeks after my first bike purchase). The most recent purchases was my ZX6R and just last week a KLX250S. This dealership is never pushy. I actually enjoy going there. There are now three new Kawasaki dealers near my home, but I still rather buy from East Coast Kawi. Why change a good thing. The parts department is excellent too. Ken in parts is the best parts guy hands down. He is extremely efficient, polite, and follows through. He knows his stuff. I always take his advise. Ordering parts is a breeze. Fast service and fair prices. Im sure I can get parts cheaper on line, but why? The service at East Coast Kawi alone is worth it. The service manager, Jonathan is extremely helpful. As busy as he gets, he will still take the time to answer all my questions. He does this with full integrity. The owners of this dealership truly cares about their customers. Remember, respect is a two way street. You need to give respect to get respect. Although, I have been doing business with this dealership for 17 years, I would never feel right to think that I can go in there and disrespect anyone. When I want to buy something, I still wait for my turn just like everyone else. I am not treated more special than anyone else, they just know how to treat me right...... Jason S

I found an ATV online at East Coast Powersports that I wanted to purchase so I called and spoke to their salesman Dan. I explained to Dan that I was a serious buyer and wanted the ATV, but he would not take a deposit or let me pay over the phone for the ATV. I explained that I was at work and would take leave to pick up the ATV. Dan told me if I could get there in an hour that he would hold it for me and not sell it to anyone else. I immediately started my trip from Philadelphia and was at the dealer in 45 minutes, but as soon as I pulled in to their parking lot Dan called me stating the ATV was sold! I parked my truck and saw 2 people loading the ATV in to a truck. I approached Dan, who told me another salesman had been working with another person unbeknownst to him and that it was sold before Dan could place it on hold. I explained that it would have been nice if he found this information out when I spoke to him on the phone instead of calling me 45 minutes later as I’m pulling in to the dealership. Then the story changed to Dan knowing there was another person looking at the ATV when I called to first inquire about it, but because that person wasn’t sure if he definitely wanted it, Dan decided to tell me he would hold it for me. The sales floor was empty and I only saw 2 employees while there. I doubt there was any miscommunication between any employees and I doubt I received the true story of why it was sold out from under me. It was a waste of a trip and a waste of using my leave at work! I will never return to this dealership and I suggest others to use caution in their dealings with them.

They tried to con me....I looked at their website and their home page said they would beat any price. I found out that they lie on there and in person. Here is my story, the abbreviated version. I found another dealership (about 4 hours away) offering the bike I wanted for $10,400. I went in, the salesman said they could beat the price. A week later, I emailed them and told them the price i had, they said they could beat it. So I went in on 6/12/09 in the morning, told them what I wanted, what price I had and asked what they could do. They told me they couldnt beat the price, but could come in about $400 more plus a free helmet. I said, that sounds good, save me the drive. We signed the paperwork, they took my $400 deposit. He said they had to get it out of their warehouse and would call me later with the VIN. He did a couple hours later. I set everything up with my bank and they were going to overnight the check. About 4pm that day, the salesman Gino, called me up and said the bike is going to be $1078 more than they had signed the agreement on and there was no way they were going to sell me the bike at the previous price. Talked to the manger, she said she would work with me, "crunched" some numbers and said, good news, it will only be $900 more. Needless to say, I am buying my bike elsewhere and am telling everyone I know not to buy there. What kind of business signs a deal, takes your money, then raises the price?? A shady one....East Coast Powersports In Trenton NJ....

Perfect in Every Way!!!!! I have been this dealerships customer for over 17 years. They helped me get my motorcycle license when I was only 24 years old. I bought my first bike there in 1994. I am now 41 years young and I still buy all my streetbikes from this place. Yesterday I bought my 8th bike from East Coast Kawasaki. I bought a 2011 ZX-14 Ninja. As usual I was treated extremely well. This shop is about 45 mins away from my house and the traffic going there is nuts. There are 3 Kawasaki dealerships in a 20 min radius from my house. However, I still prefer to do business with this shop. They are the best. The parts department there is excellent. Ken in parts is the best. He is very honest and knowledgeable. John the service manager is very easy to talk with. He will never make you feel like you are wasting his time no matter how busy he gets. This business is family run, it can be easily seen in the way they conduct their business. If you like doing business in a friendly, and no stress environment then this is the place for you. I wouldnt be doing business with this dealership for over 17 years if I didnt think they were the best. Gino, June, John, Antonio, and Ken, thank you so much for all your great service. Although it was very difficult and emotional for me to let go of my beloved 1998 ZX-11, I know getting the 2011 ZX-14 was the right thing to do. --------Jason--------

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! Every little aspect of dealing with this company failed. At first, they never got back to me with a price quote (which should have been a red flag for me, but unfortunately, they were the closest to my workplace, so I decided to give them a second chance), then they completely failed on the delivery promises - the salesman called me 5 days after the order was placed and ONE day before the scheduled delivery date, letting me know that, unfortunately, they were not able to have the unit delivered, because... IT WAS SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE! They were very quick, however, to cash that $2000 deposit check that I gave them five days earlier. The third thing was about $7000 worth of accessories that I ordered. A week after I paid the deposit, the accessories were still not ordered, although I specified that I needed them ASAP. This dealership made me lose a significant amount of money and seemed like a completely untrained and disorganized group! I am also wondering why they have so many other negative feedbacks on Google, and most of the positive ones seem like they are fake and written by the owner (most of them are rated as useless by other users). Good thing that there are other dealers out there who were able to help me and stayed on top of things all the way through!
