Whoever works at the parts counter may be the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I called looking for 2 gaskets and when he said he would need to order them, I asked if getting them online would be faster. At this point I was hung up on, I called back and asked if this is how he usually deals with customers and he said "well you said you could get em online faster" which I didnt. Then he said do you want me to look them up at which point I said yes and was then hung up again. Unprofessional, get your parts elsewhere.

these guys are great. true family business that you cant get anywhere else. the sales person and owner carl was such a big help in getting me on my new bike. His brother the mechanic assured me I would be covered in any mechanical problems or service since the 60s. even customers in the store said he knew his stuff. Finally feels good to walk into a store and be helped properly with great information. THANKS GUYS

5 generations of family ownership and it shows the second you come in. No pressure shopping and a no pressure selling environment where you are welcome just to hang out. Got on a bike and bought one right away. No need to go to big supermalls, youre treated as family here.

This place closed down quite a while back. there were rumors it was reopening but I just went past last week and the lot is loaded with Hyundai cars. it appears Franklin Sussex Hyundai is using the lot as storage.
