I really wish you could leave comments or respond to other reviews. I have been to HD of Ocean County dozens of times in the last few months, and not only is it the most professional dealership of any kind I have ever been to, it is one of the best businesses, period. Everyone there is courteous, knowledgeable, patient and polite. The girls they hire to work there dont just look pretty, they know about the products they are there to sell. Normally some dealerships have hot girls that dont know crap about anything just to give you some eye candy while you wait for someone who can answer your questions. All the salespersons know the motorcycles inside and out. Parts staff goes out of their way to make sure you get the right parts the first time, and if something doesnt fit, theyll fix it ASAP. I took the Riders Edge course there too, and it was one of the best experiences Ive ever had. The instructors were awesome. They made getting my motorcycle license easy. The showroom is packed with bikes, plenty of parking, even the restrooms are sparkling clean.I really cant say enough about this place. If someone left a bad review for this place, they have to be one of those idiots you just cant please, no matter how good you treat them. Go to HD of Ocean County. You will not be disappointed.

Monroe Township,NJ | Service Department It was time for my 5,000 mile Service. I called on a Monday., they were so busy I wasnt able to talk to a Service Advisor, so I called back Tuesday and after a few calls was able to talk to a Service Advisor and was happy to get an appointment scheduled the following day. I was surprised to hear that the Service Department had no Loaners which would keep me at the Dealership for several hours or more but was told to check with the Sales Department in regards to the use of a Bike. On the day of my Service Appointment I picked up something from the Parts Department and had that installed through the Service Department. After talking with Noreen about a Loaner she made it happen!! I was allowed the use of a 2017 Street Glide. I now can advertise for Ocean County Harley Davidson and Harley Davidson. I was able to get my 5,000 mile Service done, my parts installed as well as a small Warranty Issue taken care of and get in a Ride out to The Shore all in one day, and the Bike was finished by 4:30. I am very happy with the Great Service I received at Ocean County and the Courtesy given by all Staff Members I encountered. Kudos go out to Noreen who really shows that all Customers at Ocean County Harley Davidson are treated like Family.

I have been riding motorcycles for 20 years. Every bike Ive ever owned was a metric. I always wanted a HD. Not quite sure which model I wanted I went into the dealership. The sales man Howie met me and showed me around looking at and sitting on every bike they had. He was very patient with me and told me about his experiences with each bike as we went along. He was supper friendly and not pushy at all. It was kinda like I brought along my own friend a Harley expert to help me pick out a new bike. I purchased a fat bob. He arranged with the service department to get new pipes put on and a stage one intake. This was a great buying experience. A couple days later I picked up the bike and again I got slouch great service. Howie went over everything about the bike with. He explained how everything worked with slouch great detail. Most places you buy something and your out the door if you have questions read the manual. Not at Ocean County Harley Davidson, Howie made certain the everyone of my questions was answered and encouraged me to get involved with the dealership, go on their rides and bike nights. It seems like they dont just want one time customers they want return customer.

I would like to give a special THANKS to you associate Desiree for outstanding customer service. I received a pen for Christmas and from the beginning the top near the "plunger" kept loosening up and the pen would come apart. One day at work I felt something in my shirt and when reached down to see what it was, I pulled the refill and the bottom portion of the pen. When I called the store and spoke to Desiree she said just bring in what I could retrieve and she would contact the manufacturer. She called me to confirm she received the pen pieces and was sending them out and again to let me know MY REPLACEMENT PEN ARRIVED!!! I have been in retail management for 23 years and I can honestly I have seen very few associates offer such superior customer service and outstanding follow-up. Thank you Desiree for everything you done for me and I hope your employer appreciates such a conscience and dedicated employee. You really put the #1 in Harley Davidson. a. “Very knowledgable, extremely helpful!!! Went looking for a road king, asked a different salesman if the were any on hand. He said there is an orange one inside. Orange wasnt the bike for me. I was walking out and Peter asked if I needed anything. I said too bad all you have is an orange Road King, I intended to buy one today. He asked what colours I was interested in. I said I wasnt interested in ordering one I wanted to ride one out today. He just smiled and told me what other ones were on hand and the colours available and options . When I mentioned colors I was interested in he said give me 30 mins Ill have them brought over!!!!! Before they arrived I asked I any other bikes in the showroom were the silver. There was one...... I just told him to do the paperwork for the silver one.... Ive worked in sales and management... I would have loved having a crew of guys with enthusiasm, knowledge and customer service skills. Im so glad to have gotten this email. This is hands down the best Harley dealership around. I have always experienced excellent customer service. Starting w Ashley that answers the phone 9 out of 10 times, with a cheerful sincere hello , To Pete the salesman that provides me w all the knowledge anyone could want about Harley bikes. to bob and Tj in parts that have put up w me asking for a million diff pieces and or fittment questions. And finally John the Mgr in parts And Noreen in service, that have always provided me w accurate quotes and or excellent service to my bike. Id like to applaud whomever it was that hired each and everyone of these assoc/mgrs. The quality of expertise found here at ocean county Harley is second to none. Id have to say Thank you for all your help in building my bike. Ty for the time and effort that each of you and the rest of the staff has always provided me. Im a guaranteed loyal customer for life. I recently purchased my 1st Harley and I can honestly say that since I initially walked into this dealership about 3-4 months ago, Ive been 100% satisfied. Being in sales for my entire life my BS radar tends to be a bit more dialed in then most and not once was it set off. Every person and department that Ive dealt with at this dealership thus far gets 5 STARS in my book. The sales person that I dealt with for months was Peter Mercuri and he was absolutely 100% SPOT-ON. Petes knowledge, advise and professional NO BS selling style throughout the sales process was TOP-NOTCH, thanks Pete! Also, my bike was delivered to my home on 3/19 and I think the employees name was Tom. What a good dude, I think he was just as excited and enthusiastic as I was about the bike.
