Lets start by saying spend your money elseware. This place is the most unprofessional place you can go to. I can sit here for hours and tell you more negative experiences with this place than positive ones. Lets start by the day I purchased my bike from this place. They dicked me on the financing, salesman told me my apr was one thing and when it was all said and done he comes back at with me with a totally different number. Than I purchsed the extended warranty only to have somebody call me a month before my manufacturers warranty expired to ask me if i wanted to purchase an extended warranty? I Told them that I already purchased the warranty and they had no such records of me doing this so i had to drive the reciept for the warranty to the dealer. Than my neighbor sold his goldwing on consignment and after getting the run around for 2 months he finally got a check for his bike. They screwed up one of my parts orders one time, i ordered flushmount lights and the ones they ordered were the wrong ones, so instead of refunding me my $40 back they make a big deal out of it trying to send me a refund check in the mail which i had to wait 3 weeks for. HMMMM lets see what else..I had them install my alarm on my bike and they asked me if i wanted all the features installed. I told them yes. The alarm i purchased came with every bell and whistle alarms have to offer including a remote start. I was never informed that installing a remote start on a motorcycle was illegal, so here i am thinking im getting a nice alarm and remote start installed on my bike. I go pick the bike up and the remote start doesnt work, i go inside and tell the guy behind the desk and his reply was oh ya they are illegal. Dont you think they could have said that before they charged me for it? I would have taken the bike to somebody who could have done it becase thats what i wanted. All they had to do was hook the remote start up to the neutral light and the bike wouldnt start unless it was in neutral. Im not even a mechanic and i can figure that out. Oh ya I recently took my bike to get tires installed and the tech screwed my rim up. So basically I paid $150 to have my wheel damaged. When i went to inform them about it I had 2 people try and convince me that I MYSELF damaged the rim and their equipment uses all nylon parts and nothing touches the rim. That rim cost more than $500 to replace, you wanna know what i got after i had to go to this place 4 friggin times before i even got a chance to speak to the manager? A friggin measly $50 gift card to the store thats in the trash cuz im never ever going back to this store. They ruin a $500 rim and give me $50?? so now im out $450 in damage due to this place and their careless techs. When i went back to show the service writer the damage to my rim his exact words to me were " im not on the clock rite now, come back tomorrow and ill deal with this when im on the clock. I dont have time for this" and walks in the back. I REALLY REALLY hope that this deterrs atleast one person from spending anything in there. They are the worst worst worst worst! Take your business and your hard earned money someplace else. There are many other BETTER dealers out there who sell honda. All my experiences that i listed above are real true life experiences. I did not bend the story one bit, so when a rep from there reads this post and trys to respond with whatever b*ll$h*t they can come up with to try and SAVE their business guess what? Whos rite them or me? EDIT: due to the fact that this dealer totally screwed me, they just lost a $8,000 sale. Me and my friend just purchased two groms from a diff dealer. If they didnt treat me like a peasant than they would have got our business, especially since they are only 20 min away. We took the hour trip to another dealer just for the sole principle that we didnt wanna give these guys another penny. Maybe when your employees are on the clock you can teach them a thing or two about customer service.

I have gone here often, purchased a new bike there, have that one and another motorcycle serviced here, Ive bought helmets and other accessories form them and three business days ago, i bought a battery from them for my scooter. I was shocked when they said its $145 but I figured it is what it is. Next day I told a friend who said I should google the make and model to check pricing. I did only to see the same make and model are sold online with free shipping for $89, other sites had it cheaper but $89 was the highest I found. Since I was charged 62% more than I needed to pay I attempted to return the one I bought, still in the brand new unopened box. They refused. Short sighted. I was planning to go back to price out a CBR I saw in the showroom while I was waiting for the parts guy to get the battery Saturday but why give folks like this business if they dont mind gouging you an extra 62%. To the owner, should teach your people to think big picture. Last time Ill go there for service, parts, accessories or machines. Do yourself a favor, go another 1/4 mile down the road to Action Yamaha, a place I have never had a bad experience with be it sales, service or parts, also nice knowledgeable staff.

Matt and Mark really helped me out recently with a repair to my Honda Shadow. I accidentally cross-threaded a bolt that held on the back seat and after going to at least 5 other places that refused to even touch it these guys said they could do it no problem. They and their team of mechanics had the repair and a fluid flush done in less than 24 hours! I got my bike back good as new, and I think they might have even cleaned it up for me too. So happy I found someone to finally do this repair for me, and such friendly service too. Matt is always there when I stop in and hes willing to help looking up parts & accessories and the staff has always been knowledgeable too. Also let me give a shout out to Rob Thomas he is a great salesman, before I purchased my bike a year ago he answered a ton of my questions and treated me respectfully after a few other dealers acted like I was some punk kid with no money. I didnt actually end up purchasing the bike from Sport Honda in the end, but I can say with confidence that my future parts/accessories purchases (and definitely my next motorcycle purchase) will be with these guys! Keep up the great work! And thanks!!

Im buying a bike from the Kawasaki dealership (same owners as Honda) and brought up an issue Im having with my 07 GSXR 600. The salesmen (Joe...awesome guy) told me the Honda guys can take a loook at it. These guys were nothing but truly respectful and professional individuals. They listened to my issues and kept me posted with updates. Granted, they do not pick up the phone all the time, but if you leave a message they will get back to you RIGHT away. I worked primarily with Ryan and he truly is a stand up guy. Hes not only the guy at the front desk, but hes also the guy taking your bike out and advising the technicians on what to look for. So, he really knows what he is talking about. I just had the bike delivered back today, so Im not sure if my intermittent issue has been resolved yet, but I would still give this group 5 starts even if it werent. I feel very confindent. I HIGHLY recommend these guys. They are not looking to rip you off. Thanks, Sport Honda for a really great experience. I will go to know one else...
