Be careful of service department, no warranty on repairs or accountability after theyve taken your money. Appear very helpful when first setting up appointment and up to delivery, however, when asked to follow up on the same repair - not helpful at all. I brought to their attention that after paying the 8 hours of billable time at $90.00 per hour AND tipping the mechanic, just to adjust a dual carburetor setup (no parts), my bike was still not right. It was running hot, cooling fans kicking on early, pipes glowing, unable to release choke all the way and backfiring. This was after the all day repair for which I paid. I was told it "was normal", maybe I should "change the coolant" and "we can mess around with it but it will cost you a hundred dollars an hour". The second repair order actually states to "adjust carburetors AS BEST AS POSSIBLE for customer"!?!? (at $90.00 per hour). No offer to refund part of my payment, warranty repair or even bring it into the shop without the "90 dollar per hour charge" thrown around. I brought this to the managers attention who said he would "look into it and call me back", which never happened. It is now summer and the bike has become COMPLETELY un-rideable. Will not idle, will not start unless completely choked, and stalls immediately under any throttle opening. This is what $800 (including tax and tip) gets you here. Note: I was not unwilling to bring it back to them (which I did), pay for any parts required or leave it to their schedule (did not demand priority). I have now taken it to Burgers Suzuki in Flemington (in a pick-up truck because it cant be ridden) and I guess I will have to pay another shop to do what this place couldnt. Ive bought two street bikes, one dirt bike, helmets and apparel and parts over the years (since the early 90s) from this establishment. I used to like the employees and their service but things have changed, too bad. Guess shame on me and my loss for giving them my business.

I rarely write reviews, but this is a place that deserves it. This place has some of the best customer service Ive had in a long time. I live in the city, and when I called about purchasing a bike, they offered to have someone come pick me up from the train station. I took them up on this offer, and was met by a friendly young man. Camile made the buying process very simple, and was up front about all costs. I got a great deal on my bike and gear, as well as info on doing maintenance and up keep on my own. Returned here for winter storage and dealt with Rich. My bike was returned to me with a recall item replaced, a nice new rear tire, and a fresh oil change. Personal service, solid selection. The kind of people who will take the time to learn your name. Solid 5 stars.

Kamil took good care of me to get a deal done on a great bike that he had to get from the sticks.Unfortunately my wife killed my deal with a last minute case of fear of sports bikes. Im still pissed! Certainly going back when its time to get the a cruiser bike that shes not afraid of. I told her... no bike for me, no Facebook or social media for you..lol! I will be back on the road soon.

Best Yamaha dealer in the area. Me and my brother bought him a motorcycle from there and got the best price and very respectful service. Definitely worth going there if you are thinking about purchasing a bike. Kamil is very knowledgeable and helpful.

A bit on the small side, but still plenty of new and used bikes, as well as ATVs and Jet-Skis. Combined with Cross Country Powersports right down the road, there are many motorcycle, ATVs, etc. to choose from.
