Im so excited that a service like this is available. I happen to be have been a person in my 20s and needed to use a scooter to get around due to horrible leg injury. I didnt have to miss out with spending a great time with the girls in A.C. I was worried that I wasnt going to be able to keep up with the group cuz the scooter would be too slow or the battery running out during long days and traveling long distances on the boardwalk but the scooter showed me up and still had plenty of battery power and my friends couldnt keep up with me! I have used the serivce about 4-5 times and I only had a snag once in which i had to wait an hour and a half for my scooter to come when I notified them of my arrival time prior. I had to stand and wait, I called and I was told that the scooter was in "transit stuck in A.C. traffic" What? A.C. is not NYC. When my trusty scooter arrived as usual it didnt let me down. The next time I rented I had no problems and my scooter was there waiting, Im traveling down there tomorrow so I hope for a smooth transition from car valet to hopping on my scooter!

To Atlantic City we wanted to go, To enjoy the casinos, the boardwalk and sea, But I knew I would have a rough time of it all, Due to my dreadfully painful knee. So a good friend suggested a scooter to rent, Would be the answer to my lament I could use it to go almost anywhere, On the boardwalk, casinos and everywhere To the computer I went to search for the best, And DIAMOND shined brightly above all the rest. When I phoned their number they were so friendly and nice, And the scooter rental I felt was a reasonable price When we arrived, as promised to me My scooter was awaiting as cute as could be. It was helpful and fun, I had no fear of me falling Next scooter I rent ITS DIAMOND IM CALLING! Seriously.......good product, good service, good price. I would not hesitate to rent from DIAMOND SCOOTERS again

I dont have one however, I need one. I have no help anymore (as of July/25th/15) and I CAN NOT STAND LONG, IF AT ALL at times. Does Medicaid pay to get one of these because my income from being disabled is $722. I think , a month or is this just for wealthy people? I am 53 and alone now. I am just recovering from being in the Hospital again.... I didnt eat for days because I had no help and left alone, and was asleep or Pasted out for 2 days and only awake long enough to give water to my dog and use bathroom and slept for another day. Until Today Saturday Aug 1. About to fall asleep again. I think there is just no help for people like me even though I have a lot to offer and would love helping people myself like I use to. Didnt really know what to rate this because I dont have one...

Its been so long since i got to enjoy the entire boardwalk, but with Diamond Scooters, i could. when i had two good legs i used to wake up early when iw as at the shore and take a long morning stroll on the boardwalk, its so nice before the crowds arrive, i gave that up a few years ago and dont usually venture far from my hotel, no im up early and zipping up and down the boards anytime i want and whats more where ever i wanted them to pick it at the end of my trip they came and got it, they showed me how to use but but didnt talk to me like i was a moron- the scotter was problem free and easy to controll, it went fast enough that id didnt slow down my group but could be slow enough that felt safe and secure I loved it--- such a great serviceit actually added to my fun

This was my first experience in renting a scooter. I was so very pleased with the service and the scooter. The phone calls I made were handled extremely well. Denise and others were friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. The delivery was on time and the young man was so nice and polite and explained everything thoroughly. I had a wonderful 3 day vacation to Atlantic City because of the scooter. I was worried about keeping up with the others in my group and the scooter let me join right in! I loved it. It was well worth the cost and being able to just leave it at the hotel when we left made it so much easier. Thank You so much for helping me to enjoy a great time! Thank you Diamond Scooters! I had problems with another company, but not yours....it was waiting (where it needed to be!) and mine was brand new.......I had requested a door stop, wasnt there, BUT, when I called, you guys had it there in a few min., when alone, hard to open heavy door and get me and scooter in room, so thank you!!!! I will be back and will use Diamond Scooters! I didnt know, but you have different sizes, this was neat, not as big as the ones I had before! And several people asked about them, (like they never saw one) but I would give them a card...smart, to put some in front to give out! Told them, good service, good scooter, good price....call you. August 2011 my Michigan famil y was renting a house on the ocean in Seaside Pk. N,J. I am 80 years old and have haealth problems which prevent me from walking and I knew I would not be able to join the fun at the seashore. I found the add on the internet for the Diamond Scooters Co. and called them. They were very professional, delivered an excellent condition scooter to me at our N,.J. address, exactly at the time scheduled, picked it up on our departure day and I had a great time riding on the boardwalk and around the neighborhood. I just wanted to say how pleased I was with Dimond Scooters rental service. I rented a scooter as I am handicapped and have trouble walking. I got to Showboat in Alantic City, NJ, a little early as I asked for the scooter for 10AM, I only waited a few minutes and a beautiful new scooter was delivered to me, I was given instructions and had a wonderful day. The scooter was problem FREE and worked great! I only had to leave the scooter at the coat check area to await Diamond to pick it up. I was so pleased that I am now renting it again and I will in the future. The scooter was so nice and it handled so well.

We purchased a chair lift going from our front porch to the sidewalk, and an automatic door opener for our storm door/ Our objective was to gain freedom for two house-bound lovers of blue skies and soft, sometimes chilly, seashore breezes. This installation which occurred in, what I must say, was record time. The wprkmanship was professional and, to say the least, complete. We have regained our wings and have quickly taken advantage of our new found freedom. To Diamond Scooters, CUDOS. Feel free to use us as reference in any of your proposed installations.
