Heres my history with Xtreme, do with it what you will: 1) Mar 2011: Brought my Suzuki in for a new tire, new battery and a carb cleaning. They charged me $1400 and installed a used battery I had to replace 2 months later. 2) Feb 2012: Contacted sales about buying a Triumph. Salesman promised to call me as soon as the model I wanted came in. He never called; the bike was still there in the showroom as of last summer. I bought my Triumph in Philadelphia and enjoyed every minute of it. 3) Aug 2012: Went to purchase new boots and a bunch of other accessories, totaling $450. It was late on a Saturday and the "sales professionals" pretty much refused to help me as they discussed movies for ten minutes before apologizing that the store was now closed. 4) Today: Called the service department to bring my bike in for some minor work. The "service manager" answered my first question by saying "two weeks." I asked him to verify the lead time, and his only answer was "whats your last name?" We played this silly little game 4 times before I said "look, its a simple question, youre telling me your lead time is 2 weeks, right?" He confirmed that as rudely as possible and I terminated the call. If you want a service department you cant trust, salesmen who dont care about your business, and a staff that is more than willing to treat you like the piece of garbage they think you are, then Xtreme Machines is for you! If however, you have a shred of dignity and care about where you spend your money, you need to make better life choices than dropping any coin whatsoever in this place.

This was my first visit to Xtreme Machines for my Honda Shadow Aero. All of my previous dealerships closed, so Ive been moving around. I was a bit unsettled about a new place, but I had known about Xtreme, and since they work on Honda, I thought Id give them a try. My motorcycle just needed a basic service. I talked to Lenny twice over the phone, and he assured me that everything would be taken care of. He scheduled an appointment for the next weekend. When I arrived, Lenny came out to greet me, made some basic checks on my bike (lights, turn signals etc.) and put my information as a new customer into the computer. I was very impressed with the place (as was my husband - who is a Harley rider). It was immaculate, with so much inventory and very spacious. Everyone in the service department (and all of the staff) was so friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and explained all of the work to be done. I waited in their comfortable lounge while my bike was being serviced. When it was delivered to me after a test ride, it was just as I had handed it over, clean with no sign of grease or scratches. Lenny gave me the print-out of all the work that was done and checked. I found the price to be very reasonable for the time and work that was done (about 2 hours worth). Xtreme is only 10 miles from my house which is another big plus. I will definitely be using Xtreme from now on and highly recommend them.

I recently purchased rims for Suzuki Gsxr 1000 through an exchange problem where my tires and rims were beed balanced. I drove home and noticed I had a strong vibration at a high speed while driving my bike. I then contacted the dealer where I purchased the rims and they were not willing correct the problem. I decided to contact the service department at Xtreme Machine and spoke with Lenny who recommended that I come in so he could take a look at my problem. When I arrived at there service department, Lenny made me feel welcomed, he seem knowledgeable and very customer friendly. Lenny, quickly looked at my bike, filled out some paperwork and took in my bike for service. While waiting for my bike, Lenny immediately found the problem, showed me where the rims were improperly balanced with three cans of beeds. Lenny then serviced the bike, balanced the rim and had one of there mechanics test drive my bike. I then drove my bike home and opened it up on the Turnpike. My Gsxr never felt smoother and tight. Thanks to Xtreme Machines and there knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and AWESOME customer service by Lenny and Bill, I will never go anywhere else the next time I have a problem with bike. Again, I just wanted to publicly astonish Xtreme Machines for allowing me to have a great experience. I will recommend to anyone out there who has a problem, visit and speak with these guys, you wont regret it... Thanks

I went to service my personal watercraft Oct 23, 2010 when the serviceman was generating my bill the total amount first was $380. After reviewing the bill I noticed there were parts and service hidden in the bill for a suzuki motorcycle. I had asked the rep about it and he denied but then adjusted the bill to $306 then after generating the bill he tells me they will have to charge me for oil as well when I pick up my waverunner. My friend was next in line and the same issue happened but then was charged for oil and everything inclusive. No idea what that was about. I then went on 11/5/10 to pick up my waverunner. My price was different then my friends after receiving the same exact service same waverunner. After fixing that they charged my debit card. Two days later my debit card was charged again by the same merchant. I called and was told it was a glitch. After speaking to chase bank they credit the account. Tuesday 11/9/10 my bank account goes negative once again for a pending debit by Xtreme Machine again. I speak to woman there and they tell me they did not process anything and are not sure whats going on. I will no longer be using their service.

Absolutely wonderful in everyway. I bought a new 2015 ZX10R Anniversary Edition. Awesome bike!!!!! Awesome buying experience!!!!! I was looking for a BMW S1000RR. Other dealers wouldnt really work with me. Continued looking for a 1000 with the Japanese manufacturers. Once again nobody seemed to take me seriously. I found the ZX10R I bought online. Simply sent an email to the owner "Mike". Mike is a total gentleman and a professional. Mike sent my request to Marc in sales who is also a total gentleman and professional. Marc and I completed the entire deal over the phone. I live near Philadelphia and all I did was drive to the dealership, sign all the paperwork with Stewart who made the whole process easy and friendly. Within 15 minutes I had my new ZX10R, a new helmet from upstairs, a few new accessories for my bike and I was on my way home. This is how it should have been. Simple, honest and forward........ It was a pleasure working with all these guys........ Xtreme Machines totally get it. No problems, no hastles, no BS. I bought a great bike at a great price and most of all the staff was welcoming, helpful and most of all honest!!!!!!!

**In reference to the apparel department.** I purchased a pair of shoes on clearance. After only a handful of rides on of the grippy ridges on the top of the left shoe started pealing. After being told by the "manufacturer" that they would do nothing for a discontinued product, Lisa was able to give me a gift card for my trouble and let me keep them (they actually came in handy for riding my bicycle). Fast Forward a couple months. I found a new boot i wanted to try. Unsure of my size Lisa brought in 2 options. She also price matched the boots to an online site and after the gift card got a great deal. Well first time putting the boots on and on of the loops for the laces snapped. Lise had the manufatura call me and they apologised for the incident AND are given me the next size up as the one i got turned out to be a bit tight. They made what could have been an insanely frustrating processed almost pleasant. Any time ive been in there she has always be very helpful and courteous.
