I was happy for this guy growing his business in our community until I contacted him about a remote start for my wifes car. I like to support small, local businesses, but not when theyre impatient, unfriendly, and dont care to work with the customer. I was very understanding that he wouldnt be able to get the unit installed before Christmas, so I told him I would schedule his next available opening and PAY IN ADVANCE if I could get one of the key fobs to wrap and give to my wife to open on Christmas (I like surprises). He refused to do this (even though I would have already paid for the unit AND installation) with a generic excuse that "people have lost parts in the past, so we dont do that anymore." I told him that I didnt need any parts, just one of the TWO keyfobs. I asked if they had to have the key fobs on-hand to program them with the install - nope, theyre pre-programmed but we still wont do it. I asked if I could buy the unit, bring it in at a later date, and pay for the install separately. Nope, we dont sell hardware out the door. I was genuinely confused and trying to understand his generic reason (calmly because I assumed I was the ignorant one), as he became obviously frustrated and impatient. I said "well if youre not willing to work with me or even discuss it I suppose Ill take my business somewhere else." His response: "Have a nice day".. click. Maybe the guy had a good reason.. maybe not.. his impatience and rudeness (and my $400) didnt grant me a legitimate explanation

I am happy to have a great place like this in my hometown of Muscatine. Aaron (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable and always has the answers to my questions right off the bat. I work for a large Dealership here in Muscatine, years and years ago we would do business in the Quad Cities, but soon found out that the "bigger city" places dont even compare to the great service we get from ACC, and its local to boot! I wont go into the whole thing, but everyone knows its good to stay local, especially if you have the best right here in your back yard.

Had a consultation with suggestions from the owner (who was extremely knowledgable), then had a car stereo installed (head unit, amp, sub). Very professional and friendly service, building was clean, customer waiting area very comfortable. Very reasonable pricing and the results were a huge improvement over my stock system.

Seems like they do just about everything at this shop. The owner has a lot of knowledge and experience and is very helpful. Extremely satisfied with the work done to my truck at ACC and will recommend to everyone!
